The company was extremely professional from start to finish. Polite and friendly and very helpful in terms of arranging the move and ensuring that the move goes smoothly.

I've done a lot of moving in my time and I can say hands down that this was the best experience I've had. The communication with Talal was very prompt - over both whatsapp and calls - as was the estimated arrival time on the day. Bilal and Omar were both very hard-working, moving the contents in a logical, careful and efficient manner. They wasted no time and worked very diligently. We finished earlier than the bracket I had paid for as they worked so effectively (a previous move took 4hrs, this one less than 3hrs), and the team were honest and decent enough to refund the amount. Assuming you're reading these reviews to try and determine which company to use - well in my mind it's a no brainer: use Moveroo.

Talal and his team are extremely professional. They arrived on time, started immediately. Talal was in touch before the move to make sure all is going to plan. On the day of the move they worked extremely hard to meet the time restriction that I needed to meet for completion of my 3rd floor flat which had no lift. These guys were a god send. Excellent service. They kept me informed throughout and were extremely patient whilst waiting to move into our new home. All in one day. They also disassembled some furniture from start and then essembling at our new home. I am extremely blessed that I found Moveroo.

I had Twice Taala for moving houses,always helping and always do more ,very helpful.

Booked Moveroo following a recommendation from a storage company. My move was completed efficiently and their team was excellent at managing the move and communicating throughout. Easily the least stressful part of the move, and I would recommend them for taking some of hassle away from the process.

Turned up exactly when they said they would. You can track them live so u know where they are. Went above and beyond to help me with my move. I would definitely use again and have told friends and family to use also.
