A ce jour , le 19/07, je n ai toujours pas eu de véhicule, ni de remboursement …
Reservation faite du 02/07 au 19/07…
Mes vacances ont été gâchées …
Explication :
En date du 02/07 pour raison personnelle , je ne peux récupérer le véhicule et je contacte le service clientèle pour leur signaler que je récupérerai le véhicule que le lendemain ( le montant total de la réservation avait déjà été débité ) La personne du service à la clientèle m informe qu il fera le nécessaire pour modifier les codes et pour que je puisse prendre le véhicule le 03 au liu du 02/07. Comme prévue je suis devant le véhicule le 03 mais impossible de l utiliser … Pire encore une autre personne arrive presque en même temps que moi et repart finalement avec voiturz Que j avais loué …
Donc :
1) je préviens la compagnie à temps pour leur dire que j aurai du retard pour récupérer le véhicule
2) on le dit que c est ok
3) le lendemain véhicule inutilisable
4) véhicule reloué à une autre personne
Conclusion :
- Mauvaise communication de la compagnie
- meme véhicule loué à deux personnes et montant encaissé deux fois
- aucun suivi de leur part malgré mes appels et messages
- aucune recherche de solution ni remboursements
- vacances gâchées avec ma femme et mes deux enfants !!

This is a horrible company my flight got delayed and I arrived at 10:30pm. They say they open until 12 that is false they close at 11pm. My family and i had no other choice than take a $85 taxi and Pat another 40 to go get the car in the morning. They then want to charge for a late pick up of 150 dollars. I can not believe a company like this has no protocol in place for people who have delayed flights after they suppose to be open till 12. Do not rent from this place Green motion that works with move me.

I rent a car from your site week ago (24.6.21) , car from Thessaloniki from Cheldekiki agency
From the first moment every things just went wrong with them, they are so impatient and not services.
After my landing I wait from them 1 hour in the airport until they come to pick me and all of this time they didn’t answer me on the phone.
When I finally took the car from them the Mercedes - “premium”, I saw a problem with the tyre ( not enough pressure) I told them about that and they told me that it’s ok. Off cure they had a mistake and the tyre was invalid. from that moment I couldn’t drive the car with out fill the tyre with air at least 3 time in a day.
For the last 4 days I tried to call the agency and they told me that they can’t help me but they will in couple of day ( I never seen service like that) right now after 4 days they stop to answer my phone.
Basically, this car destruction my vication I wast couple of hours every day to find gas station to fill my tyre.
I so disappointed from you that a company like you work with this kind of agency.

Logging in with the app was painful. It didn't give me opportunity 15min early like the app says. I waited until the rental car service came and picked up up, too me ot their office, then when I could check in, we found out the car right right there in the next parking lot!. Took me 30 minutes to do this round trip shenanigan.

App che non funziona, attendo più di un ora l'arrivo di qualcuno per assistermi ma non arriva nessuno, provo a chiamare in GB al numero indicato...risponde la segreteria.
Persa la somma versata anticipatamente, ho dovuto prendere un altra auto.
Mai più...e vedo ora di informarmi se potrò adire per vie legali.

Terrifying experience in Greece. App that doesn't work, I wait more than an hour for someone to arrive to assist me but no one arrives, I try to call the number indicated in GB ... the answering machine answers. Lost the sum paid in advance, I had to take another car. Never again ... and I am looking forward to inquire if I will be able to take legal action.

I was led to the Move Mee website via Skyscanner.

I understand that the price displayed by Skyscanner may be out of date and that the actual price on Move Mee may be different. However the first price that was displayed by the Move Mee website was the same as that displayed by Skyscanner. Ony when I created an account did the price go up.

I called Move Mee but they blamed Skyscanner even though it was the Move Mee website which was displaying a price which was not honoured.

Based on the above, I think that Move Mee are best avoided.

The app wouldnt let me start the car so i had to wait and luckily by chance someone had been there and they couldnt solve it so they gave me a temp car but the next day they brought me another car which stopped woing and i waited an hour and a half just for the manager to say it isnt my problem and told me to deal with it myself

Help desk was very helpful and informative. I wasn’t able to verify my personal information through the app but as soon as I emailed the help desk, Gareth responded promptly and was able to help me out.

Car was booked and confirmed, but never arrived. Very hard communication with customer service , bad signal , bad connection , finally customer service assistant explain as he working from home and that why signal is so bad. After 10min call me back and said there is no car available...

Horrible, app does not work, cannot upload documents they require, they sell a function you can open a car with bluetooth when you cannot, and then I come from US, I have driven cars in Spain, France and Greece before with Texas Driving licence and I was asked from Green Motion for international driving licence and they did not give me the car. What else do you want me to review , your process is a joke and everything is a joke.

Great customer support and guidelines for understanding the process. Nice prices.
App needs some improvement (needed to try 3 times to make the booking).

It's my first time with movemee, and at the moment I only have booked the car. I had problems with the App, in particular the registration of my documents. The mail services for the help is efficient, and they manually added my data on the App (without you can't unlock the car when you reach it). The App didn't tell me it misses datas anymore, but I still can't see my documents on it. Movemee give me the contact number in Greece if I have problems. I hope I won't have them!

First we had some difficulties with the movemee app, so we had to call the company. We reached Steve and he typed in everything manually, everything then worked out fine. When we had some more difficulties during our travels he always helped us immidiately, so everything worked out completely fine. Thanl you!
