Initial comms were good, but they then changed the pickup date and only contacted the seller which, with the payment for the bike not yet complete, added an unnecessary complication.
Thankfully the seller contacted me and, after an initial sarcastic reply from the courier, they seemed to understand the problem, i.e. that if I wasn't aware of the pickup time then the seller wouldn't be paid, wouldn't release the bike to the courier, etc. Pretty basic really. Always communication failures which cause problems.
With that said, they arrived at the rearranged time, collected the bike, then delivered to me at the correct time, with the driver keeping in touch and he and his partner doing a very good job of unloading and being courteous in the process.
All in all, 3 stars due to this initial difficulty, but should have been 5 stars if they had kept me fully in the picture, as I was buying something from someone 300 miles away got a lot of money, and I was the one paying the courier, so really important to know what is going on.

We arranged collection/delivery of a very heavy (!) range cooker - S&K were great, very prompt, strong and polite. Fantastic service, thank you!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Mihai was brilliant throughout the whole process of picking up my stuff from Liverpool and delivering it to London. He was really friendly, professional, and took great care with everything. He kept me updated throughout the journey and made the whole experience really easy.
I realised afterwards that I’d forgotten to give Mihai the extraction tube for my air conditioner. As soon as I let him know, he went back to collect it without any hesitation. I really appreciated how helpful he was and his willingness to go the extra mile.
A big thank you to Mihai for all his help. I’d definitely recommend this company, and if you get Mihai, you’ll be in great hands. I’ll happily use them again.

The guys moved my pottery kiln today; 300kg . Despite not having the necessary gear as requested ( heavy duty stair lift, scaffold boards etc) the three of them were not deterred and the kiln is now safely in its new home.
All very helpful and determined to overcome the considerable challenges with ramps and trollies.
