Very disappointing and unacceptable behaviour witnessed today on Buckle Street in the E1 area of London involving a driver operating on behalf of The Baggageman.

The driver was observed urinating in a corner of a residential building, in an area visible to residents and where children or other members of the public could potentially have witnessed the incident.

Whatever the circumstances, this is wholly inappropriate behaviour at a residential development and demonstrates a concerning lack of professional judgement and respect for residents and their surroundings.

I would expect The Baggageman to investigate today’s incident with the driver concerned and ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are reinforced with its staff and contractors.

People attending residential developments in a company-branded vehicle represent that business, and residents are entitled to expect basic standards of professional and respectful behaviour.
