Sorry for the delay in responding. I want to commend you for the condition of the plants. Mailing is always dicey, but these plants had a great root system, and that makes all the difference!

When I received the three plants and opened the package 75% of the plant stems were brown; also one plant only had two stems. Very disappointed.

The succulents I received were beautiful, only two were damaged after their long journey. So far they are doing well in their new home. The directions that were provided for planting and care were great! Only wish there had been a bit more variety in the plants I got but they are very healthy looking.

Beautiful rare finds. Lost some leaves with shipping. Now that the cactus are potted and settling in, there are new leaves coming through.

Always good postage and packing. Flowers are healthy and do well!

Everything I received was in wonderful condition and very nicely packed.

Despite the intense heatwave here in central California, 8 plants that I ordered arrived in good condition via USPS. They were potted and watered thoroughly with great result, and seem to be thriving. Not my first order from MCG. Always pleased. Wish I could post their pretty potted selves.

My plants arrived wilting and stressed from shipping. I emailed support and sent them the photos of the plants but never got a reply. I recommend to not order any plants during summer weather if the plants don't do well with heat.

Package very well all plants were in great shape and instructions were very clear. Great quality

This company was great 4 or 5 years ago. Unfortunately the bigger they became the less satisfying the products they are sending out. I have received plants with mealy bugs on them twice now. They also removed the hen and chick assortment and a lot of the cutting section. The last time I spent 100$ on the plant assortments and mystery plants. I received multiples of the same plant and they were packed loosely in peat moss and not a fast drying succulent mix. They had just been divided or barley rooted and set in these pots. It was a huge mess in the shipping box with plant pieces and dirt everywhere. Not worth the increase in cost especially when they send mealy bug along with it.

I didn’t like that the website kept emptying my cart as I was trying to decide what to buy over a period of a few hours. I am disappointed that the order was shipped over a holiday weekend. It should have been shipped earlier or waited until after the weekend. Lastly, I am very disappointed that one of the items is grafted when neither the description or photos stated or showed it to be grafted.

I’ve ordered before and, like always, plants come well packaged, in perfect condition and ready to plant and enjoy! I highly recommend Mountain Crest Garden, especially for healthy, unusual or plants hard to find locally.

Ordered 120 succulents for a Mother's Day event at our elementary school. The succulents were not shipped out the week they were supposed to, and now we are still waiting on them. They will arrive 2 days AFTER the event, leaving 120 children without presents for their moms. Their customer support has not been helpful.
After spending $1000s with them over the years for this project, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Beyond livid!

Plants are lovely! They shipped well! Just took forever to get and I was dissapointed as I had an Earth Day event with customers and had to go and pay top dollar for a lesser product. I think the website/shipping details are a bit deceiving. I ordered on April 18th and got them on the 29th

My succulents were shipped on April 17th and I have not received them. The tracking is getting further away from me.
