WORST COMPANY EVER
WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They sold me a faulty car that broke down after 5 days. It has had to go back 3 times in 5 months. They are now resolving the issue and they are intent on ensuring my satisfaction, so we will see.

All of our vehicles are carefully handpicked and prepared to the highest standards. Used vehicles can occasionally develop faults and your vehicle did experience some issues. We fully understood your concerns and worked hard to support you throughout.
Despite the distance, we recovered the vehicle at our expense , provided a courtesy car and ensured all concerns were addressed. As an award-winning aftersales dealership, customer support is extremely important to us and we can also confirm that the issue has now been fully resolved.

I recently bought my BMW X1 from Motors Today and had a great experience from start to finish. Ryan and Dave handled everything and were both excellent to deal with. Their approach was calm, straightforward, and never pushy – which I really appreciated.
They gave me space to make my own decision while still being available to answer any questions. Both were professional and easy to talk to, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Every time I called, they were approachable and happy to help, which made the whole process feel simple and stress-free.
Overall, a really positive experience – great car, great service, and two genuinely decent people to deal with. Would definitely recommend Motors Today, and especially Ryan and Dave, to anyone looking for a relaxed and professional buying experience.

Found The Salesman Dave Gregory Very Pleasant & Easy to Deal With in a Nice Laid Back Relaxed Environment. Only Had The Vehicle a Few Days & Not Really Used it Yet but So far So Good . There was a Few Faults With The Vehicle I Noted on Viewing Which the Garage Promised to Resolve & True to their Word They Did . Excellent all Round Service I Would Recommend Motors Today & Would Definitely Use Them again if the Situation Arose.

I’ve just purchased my second car from Dave at Motors Today and it was genuinely a great experience. Nothing was to much trouble and everything he said he would do he did, which was massively appreciated.
I believe it’s a family run business and you can tell, the atmosphere is relaxed and there’s no high pressure selling, just nice cars at decent prices.

The customer service standard is excellent, warm and welcoming. The motors I have purchased have been in pristine condition and excellent quality and value for money. The staff are all very knowledgeable and professional and it is a pleasure to do business with them.
I would happily recommend them. My Nissan Juke is low mileage, economical to run, quality leather upholstery and a pleasure to drive. Go and see them for yourself 🙂
