Motorpoint - Peterborough Anmeldelser

It was the first time I purchased a car from Motorpoint, as I usually buy a car from a private seller. But I found Motorpoint a very pleasant place to buy from knowing the cars are genuine and a safe place to purchase from unlike some of the smaller garages I have seen. I was left to look on my own, when I found a car I liked no pressure was put on me, and I felt totally comfortable buying from them and certainly will do in the future again.

Sam Crouch provided a seamless, professional, helpful & friendly service.
He is genuinely interested and engages well. When looking at various vehicles on the forecourt, our questions were answered honestly in a supportive way, to ensure the vehicle met our expectations and budget.
We returned to Motorpoint Peterborough to see Sam, as we had received excellent customer care from a previous occasion.
It was one of the hottest days of the year with sweltering temperatures. All staff remained professional during these uncomfortable conditions.
We were offered drinks, cold water and even received a much appreciated and unexpected ice cream!.
Thank you Sam and the team for the excellent customer service and we love the Peugeot 208 we drove home the same day.

everything about my experience was great from the first phone call to the hand over of my new car. all the staff were polite and couldnt have been more helpful.

staff so helpfull always had time for us to help if there was any thing we needed to no .great company to deal with .

Friendly staff willing to listen to my needs. Always very knowledgeable about the products.
Competitive and best price for the exchange value of my car.
However I did feel pressured into purchasing some products which I initially declined to buy.

Amazing service from Caden,
I must say it’s the first time i used this company to sell my car and what great service i received from the start at reception to the finish excellent customer service all staff members are very helpful and friendly these guys go above and beyond for their customer thank you so much ☺️

What can i say, i've bought more cars from motorpoint than i can remember over the last ten years. My family have been recomended and bought 1 or 2 themselves.
My most recent pcp exchange was in Sept 25 when i purchased an MG HS nearly new which i am very pleased with. The reason for the repeated visits have been the the friendly sales staff who remember me and who always give me a great deal on my next car and the trade in . They do not have hard sell approach and will help you if and when help is required. Cars can be driven away the same day and any work you require prior to pick up is attended to along with a full valet and handover .
I took out alloy and cosmetic 3yr cover which gives peace of mind if you need alloy wheel or paint / chip damage repair.
Thanks motorpoint

I just love going to Motorpoint, I'm a serial repeat customer.

Michael at the peterborough depot was so helpful and did everything to help the sale go through smoothly and in a quick request.

It was a real pleasure to be dealt with by a sales person who put me first. Making me feel that the customer was more important than the sale

Nathan coy help in sorting the purchse at peterboro store

Ella was an absolute gem! I had just had the worst experience at big motoring world and I needed to buy a car that day. So, as we were walking into the reception, Ella approached me and asked could she help? I explained briefly my situation and I’d like to just narrow down what cars they had rather than walking around the courtyard. Ella was so friendly and approachable that I felt so comfortable with her assisting me in buying a car. I can not recommend her enough as she made this journey so much more enjoyable than how my day began.

Very quick and easy, all questions answered and staff were very helpful over the phone and face to face. Would highly recommend.

My Motorpoint Peterborough experience was taken care of by Customer Service Advisor Sophie Fravigar
Sophie was professional the entire time yet friendly and caring throughout the entire car looking, testing and ultimately buying experience.
Sophie took care of all the hassle for me and made it a seamless experience.
I positively recommend asking for Sophie if you need to purchase a car at Motorpoint Peterborough she is a credit to them.
