Called in advance to arrange test drive as was travelling from further away. I said I can’t decide between 2 cars (nissan & Kia) but 1 of them (Kia) you don’t have in stock, I was told that is not a problem they have a different version that I can test drive which was perfect. When we got there Micheal gave us the keys to one of the cars (nissan) and told us that he will bring the other car round the front and then will see us. We were left for over 30mins outside waiting for him until one his colleagues came to us and told us he will get micheal as he was just sitting having a coffee instead of attending us.
After looking at both cars I said I would like to test drive both as I don’t know which I perfer but I said I’m leaning towards the one they didint have available(Kia). Then Micheal told me that there is no point in test driving the one they have (nissan)as I slightly preferred the other one, and there is no point in test driving the one I preferred (Kia)as they don’t have the specific one I liked (even though I was told that I will be able to test drive it on the phone).
But i said that’s why I want to test drive to see which one I’ll prefer to drive, he told me well they both are going to be smooth it will make no different.
Which both cars will drive different as they are different engines but I guess he knows better what customer wants rather than the customer. We left without a single test drive (even though we’re told over the phone we can test drive 2 cars) Our time and petrol to get there was wasted for no reason.
As someone who is working in customer service industry I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and it seems like he didint want to be there and like we weren’t welcomed here.
I will not be coming back and will be recommending people to stay away as I’m disgusted by this customer service or the lack of it…

Sam crouch made our experience excellent. He was honest friendly and gave excellent information and advice. We were just looking that day with view to buy but we were made to feel at ease and given great information and advice to make informed choice that gave us the car we wanted.

Well cared for through out our visit, viewing the car and test drive was well covered. Paper work and new tax applied for on your behalf, could not be easier.

Nathan was very helpful, and explained the way Motorpoint works regarding buying one of your cars.The only thing that could be helpful,is if you could test drive the cars you are interested in before you discuss extended warranty etc.

Sales guy's informative friendly and happy to help before and after sale.

Communication was very good, great car, very happy.

I found the whole experience easy, and Rachel who looked after me, was pleasant , helpful and made life so easy for me.

Great service

Our first purchase from Motorpoint Peterborough. The whole buying process was excellent. I originally went to the store to ask a couple of questions and left having purchased a car. Special thanks to Kelvin Nightingale who handled the sale. This is definitely the place to go if you want an honest no pressure experience. Collection of my new car was great, friendly and professional.

I really wanted to give more stars. The sales rep we dealt with was lovely and helped us thru all the process.

However, a couple of issues have arisen since that have sullied the purchase a little.

Firstly, the temperature sensor on the car appears to be faulty. One min the car is reading -27 Celsius then the next 4 degrees... Just a little inconvenient as will have to get thag sorted.

Second, the mot is due a month after purchase, now yes, we should have asked, but also cant help but feel this could have been done before we bought car.

Great service

The transaction went very smoothly. I have been to Motorpoint several times but have to say that Dawid who dealt with us this time was super knowledgeable and went over and above! What a great salesman.

So easy too get the car. Not pushy was able to reserve the car and I can wait a couple of days. Micheal I spoke to. So professional. Was able to have a good chat with him also.

A great choice of cars in one place where you can sit and experience the feel of each car you like. Excellent service and knowledgeability from Josh who made the process so much easier for an older couple.

I have purchased my last 2 cars with motorpoint. I am very pleased with my car. The service from sam who I have dealt with twice was excellent. I found him genuine and honest. His knowledge was very helpful.

Perhaps very unlucky as bought the car from hell from here so if they say they check them over that’s utter rubbish, customer service is lacking ,if any problems occur they will leave you to sort out everything even towing it back to them and getting it fixed, will never use again.
