Motorpoint - Peterborough Anmeldelser

We had a very smooth experience with the company, we went to look at a car that we were interested in and decided to go ahead and purchase it, we collected the car the following weekend with no issues.
Jamie who was our salesman was fantastic, many thanks indeed

David was great help getting my issues sorted for me

Amazing experience with the lovely Rachel at Peterborough Motorpoint . My husband located a great car , Nick at Motorpoint arranged for the car to come from Glasgow . A Scottish car , lovely white colour , expertly cleaned . Neither Nick or Rachel went in with the hard sell. Super experience . Many thanks

I was bought my first car with you,but i was bought off because my credit score bad,i use that car during 6 years never get issu on the road very good Quality, that's why now i came again for 2nd car.thank you to all staff very kindly, and very good service Customer.

Purchase in the car was a breeze explained clearly in contract Michael was very professional

This is the first time purchased a car through Motorpoint, not disappointed! Very good customer service from start to finish. Smooth and quick process, everything thought of and communicated via emails, a very good part exchange price offered (£3000 more offered against the original Dealership)
I would definitely buy again and recommend highly.

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t as good as previous due to having to come back theee times due to a scratch on the door when picking the car up and lack of information when paying due to no card machines

I had seen a car on the website that I wanted to look at but couldn’t see it on site .. I spoke to Jamie who was able to locate the vehicle and pulled it out putting it somewhere it was easily accessible to look around the car… there was absolutely no pressure to buy…. I was given a good price for my part exchange …. And able to collect the vehicle later in the day…. Throughout the process there was no pressure to take on any extras … just friendly and professional service making the whole part exchange and buying process simple and stress free.

I’m only giving it four stars because the car was advertised as having rear sensors. This would have been a fitted extra.
I rang up to ask questions about the vehicle as I live 156 miles away and wanted to make sure it was going to be worth the trip.
Twice I was told it had rear sensors.
I also asked if it ever had been or if there was any damage on the car. I was told there wasn’t.
Having made the journey, which took over three hours, it was disappointing to discover that it didn’t in fact have rear sensors. There was also a very slight, minimal bump/scuff on the rear near side bumper. Bumper was very slightly out of shape… minimal, but nonetheless visibly there.
I felt pressured to buy the car anyway because of the special journey I had made. The salesperson said that she would pass on my comments to customer services.
Apart from this the car was fine, I did buy it and it made the return journey home without issue.
My wife is pleased with her little runabout.

We had an incredible experience at Motorpoint. We were looked after by Dawid who was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The whole team and staff were helpful, genuine and professional. We had a bad experience at the audi dealership so went here after researching. They were not pushy and had a genuine care to find us the right car for our needs and budget.

We came away with the perfect car. Went in on a Sunday afternoon about 1.30pm with no expectations and even left on the same day with our car. They made everything happen. We can't fault them and would highly recommend. I even went to the manager as a point to say how incredible Dawid was and the team. They had a huge variety. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a fab test drive.

Thank you so much! Will definitely be using motorpoint again!

Excellent as always. Both staff members were brilliant also thank you

Very friendly and helpful and always good prices.

I Came into your show room with a view to buy a estate car,
The young lady I dealt with was polite.
I only like dealing with people I can talk to when doing business.

Very professional, good service, and had the car I was looking for at a good price

The friendly staff , the professional approach to everyone, good range of motors

We have bought quite a few cars from motorpoint and have always found the service excellent.
Kelvin has gone above and beyond to make purchases stress free.

Fred was really good, he is a fantastic asset to you. Price fair and staff friendly.

Thisis my fourth purchase from motorpoint and the service is as good ss ever

The car I bought from Motorpoint was very good value for money. It is the car I wanted and the spec meets my needs. The car is in excellent condition. I also got a px on my old car that exceeded my expectations. The process from start to finish ran smoothly meaning I could drive away that day with my vehicle.
Only issue was that leading up to my visit I had a few questions, which I initially asked both Derby & Peterborough, but emails were not responded to. I did ring and the questions were answered accurately and professionally.
Overall a great experience and I would buy again from Motorpoint
