Motorpoint - Peterborough Anmeldelser

The staff very helpful

My salesman Kelvin went above and beyond to make my choice of cars was the right one. He wasn’t pushy at all. He knew which one I would pick but did everything he could to make sure I was sure.
A very friendly chap I must say and very likeable.
What a shame I didn’t come to motorpoint for my purchase the time before!
I would recommend Kelvin to everyone looking to buy a car. A seamless, stressless day spent at Motorpoint. I was happy and excited to collect my car 3 days later and again had a stress free time. Thanks Kelvin for your time, help and after service.

Fantastic service especially kelvin he was so helpful and considerate. Gave me reassurance at all time even during my test drive as I had never drove an automatic. Exceptional service .

Always helpful and go out of there way to make sure you are happy with everything. Bit of a nightmare to get hold of on the phone. Paperwork and road tax sorting out very easy. Always get my cars from motorpoint.

Really easy and fast experience. Excellent service from Sam crouch. Went above and beyond to help find the car I want.

Ethan listened to want we wanted and made it easy to view the cars that we had in mind by putting them together on the lot. There was no pressure at any point and everything regarding the trade in and pick up of the new vehicle was explained and carried out efficiently with no fuss. Payment was very simple using the text link that makes it easy to access your mobile banking and carry out the transfer. Ewan was very helpful when we picked up the new car and dealt swiftly with the road tax and vehicle registration documentation.

Lovely experience . No pushy sales staff . Was recommended by many people and pleased I took their advise . Euan was great .

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Good range of cars available.
No hard sell, just support to choose.
Would recommend and would use again!

Good morning, Motorpoint was our 4th visit, after 3 previous dealers, fell well short of our expectations.

Thankfully we had the pleasure of Nathan Coy looking after us. From start to finish, on what was a tricky journey, due to my financial past, he could not have been more helpful or professional. I have already recommended Motorpoint to family and friends, if they are thinking of getting a new/used car.

Helpful staff but not pushy

The customer service is excellent from the first contact to the delivery. The car arrived on time and in excellent condition at the desired Motorpoint location

No pressure. Friendly staff. All questions answered

Mike and Sam made the process seamless and fully understood what I needed.

Very friendly service, not pushy in anyway. I would seriously consider them again as this was my second car from them.

What I did like was the no hard sale attitude but was there for us if we needed any questions asking.
Nothing was too much trouble but in a way where there was no patronising, no pressure with just a clam and relaxed atmosphere.
Was very impressed and would recommend to others.

Easy process quick and simple with very helpful staff

The service we received was 1st class
