Just bought our Suzuki s cross from motor point in Edinburgh, left feeling very happy with the car,and price for our old car. The salesman Michael was very helpful,all the staff were smart,and attentive. Lovely sitting area. All in all a good shopping experience. Would definitely recommend motor point.

The whole process went very smoothly staff very nice and worked with us answering all questions.

No sales staff pressure, given keys and allowed to take the car for a test drive unaccompanied, very helpful sales staff (Michael at Edinburgh branch) who helped me with internet banking problems, also at Edinburgh young lady sales person (can’t remember her name but mid 20’s great perfume) who quickly and efficiently sorted out the V5 and road tax.

Had a great experience with Motorpoint. No issues with trading in my car and purchasing another one with them.
The sales team were very busy the day I went in but still made sure I was informed of what was happening.

From making initial contact with the company I felt that the service provided and guidance given was what I needed. I didn't feel pressured in any way to buy a car.Christopher Johnston contacted me and helped me through the process.
If there was one criticism it was the fact that when I enquired about a trade in with my current car I was offered £1200 less than I actually received from another trader.( The disparity in the offer seemed strange as it wasn't even just a couple of hundred pounds).
It would have been so much easier if it could have been done as a trade in deal.As a consequence I had to delay the pick up of my new car as I had to keep it on the market for a bit longer.
At the time for pick up though the whole transaction was smooth and handled by Connor Mcgrath and I came away very happy with a lovely car.

Always used Motorpoint great range of high quality cars with warranty.
Easy to buy or trade in no pressure.
Great staff helpful in every way.

The whole process from start to finish couldn't have been easier from initially looking at the car to collection would recommend anyone to use Motorpoint

We were able to walk around the yard to look at the cars without any reps coming out to pressure us into buying.
We decided on our own which car best suited us.
No pushing to buy warranties for this or that, we decided on that side of things on our own.
The only reason it wasn’t five stars was an error when taxing the car, as our old car was re taxed instead of the new one. As only discovered mistake once home it meant we drove an untaxed car home. Otherwise we were happy with experience.

My friend recommended Motorpoint to me when I was looking for a new car. I went up for a look and was assisted by Lewis. He was very helpful at looking through options and I never felt pressured at any point to purchase a more expensive car or buy any additional plans. I was also offered a fair price for my old car. When I collected my new car I was taken through everything by Dylan, who was also very helpful. Everything went smoothly and my new car is great. Both Lewis and Dylan were kind and friendly to my young boys, which also made it so much easier. They had a great time!

From first visit, to driving away with our new car, at a price cheaper than anywhere else, amazing service and quality by the whole team.
No hard sell, no degrading talk on our trade in, unlike the other company who we bought from before, who see and only care about dollar signs as soon as you walk in. Definitely should be your first stop when buying the next car.

This is my second review of Motorpoint and an update on the first one from 19th February.
Once again I cannot fault the service I have received from this branch.I bought my SUV from here on the 15th February and as I said in my first review "I am delighted with my purchase".
On the 24th of February I was sure I could hear a rubbing from the brakes on my car and I took it to Motorpoint and the man at the front desk by the name Jordan could not have been more helpful than he was.Jordan listened to my concerns and had no hesitation in booking my car straight in to the workshop for inspection and it turned out the brakes were fine and good.As a precaution Jordan booked my car into the local garage they use and it went over to them later in the day.Jordan arranged a courtesy car for me and I have to say I was impressed with the car I was given as it was a 2075 plate in a beautiful Audi A3.I then got my car back and given the all clear on its condition.I was delighted to get my car back and I am continuing to enjoy it every single day.
I personally have no hesitation on recommending this company to anyone looking for savings on their next car.I give a big shout out to all the staff who I have had the pleasure of meeting.
