Excellent service coupled with a very competitive cost to change

We were able to walk around the yard to look at the cars without any reps coming out to pressure us into buying.
We decided on our own which car best suited us.
No pushing to buy warranties for this or that, we decided on that side of things on our own.
The only reason it wasn’t five stars was an error when taxing the car, as our old car was re taxed instead of the new one. As only discovered mistake once home it meant we drove an untaxed car home. Otherwise we were happy with experience.

My friend recommended Motorpoint to me when I was looking for a new car. I went up for a look and was assisted by Lewis. He was very helpful at looking through options and I never felt pressured at any point to purchase a more expensive car or buy any additional plans. I was also offered a fair price for my old car. When I collected my new car I was taken through everything by Dylan, who was also very helpful. Everything went smoothly and my new car is great. Both Lewis and Dylan were kind and friendly to my young boys, which also made it so much easier. They had a great time!

From first visit, to driving away with our new car, at a price cheaper than anywhere else, amazing service and quality by the whole team.
No hard sell, no degrading talk on our trade in, unlike the other company who we bought from before, who see and only care about dollar signs as soon as you walk in. Definitely should be your first stop when buying the next car.

This is my second review of Motorpoint and an update on the first one from 19th February.
Once again I cannot fault the service I have received from this branch.I bought my SUV from here on the 15th February and as I said in my first review "I am delighted with my purchase".
On the 24th of February I was sure I could hear a rubbing from the brakes on my car and I took it to Motorpoint and the man at the front desk by the name Jordan could not have been more helpful than he was.Jordan listened to my concerns and had no hesitation in booking my car straight in to the workshop for inspection and it turned out the brakes were fine and good.As a precaution Jordan booked my car into the local garage they use and it went over to them later in the day.Jordan arranged a courtesy car for me and I have to say I was impressed with the car I was given as it was a 2075 plate in a beautiful Audi A3.I then got my car back and given the all clear on its condition.I was delighted to get my car back and I am continuing to enjoy it every single day.
I personally have no hesitation on recommending this company to anyone looking for savings on their next car.I give a big shout out to all the staff who I have had the pleasure of meeting.

I wanted to write a review to say what an exceptional buying experience I had at Motorpoint Edinburgh. I have driven company cars for the last 20 years and was nervous about buying a car for a new job which came with a car allowance. I shouldn’t have worried! The sales executive (Steven Kelly) was so helpful, informative and patient the whole process was easy. I found the perfect car and Steven took me through the process with professionalism and knowledge. He made what could’ve been a stressful experience an absolute joy! I have no hesitation in advising anyone looking for a new car to go to Motorpoint. I will certainly use this company again.

I went with my son to view cars at this Motor point in Edinburgh and we were pleasantly surprised by the stock they had.What my son and I really appreciated was the fact that we were left in peace to look at the cars and the salesman Sanjay came to speak with us after we had finished looking.Sanjay was very nice to deal with and his attitude could not be faulted.After telling Sanjay what car we were after he led us through the steps of purchasing the car and I drove away with my latest car a short time later.
I have to say that we were well looked after at Motorpoint Edinburgh and when the time comes that I want to change my car again then Motorpoint will be the first place that I go to.
The whole process was hassle free and I will have no problem in recommending Motorpoint to anyone I know who is looking for their next car.
I don't think Motorpoint sells cars any older than 3 or 4 years old and to be honest their stock that I looked at was very impressive and the young man Sanjay will go far in the car sales game.

Admin is our biggest bugbear when buying a car, but this was made very easy by Motorpoint's helpful staff and systems.
