The sails man was very professional and helpful. Got an excellent part exchange offer. I would have given it a higher rating but although he was very insistent that we remembered to bring in our 2 keys for the exchange. When we came to do the exchange there was only one key for the car we were buying and although they advertised to replace anything that is missing they were not going to pay for a 2nd key. Leaving us with £400 pounds to pay out.

Honestly I have had the most superb experience selling my car at Motorpoint Derby. The staff were welcoming from the get go and the lady that dealt with my sale, Chloe was amazing. She put me totally at ease and explained the process of the car sale extremely clearly and well. The sale went ahead and then money was in my bank within the hour. Would re commend this company to anyone thinking of selling their car. Well done Motorpoint you have a fabulous team at Derby, and in particular Chloe 👏👏👏

Amazing experience! Easy, professional why to buy a car. Exceptional staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. Bailey and Chloe were superb from start to finish!

List of issues with the car: no service history, user manual, jack, or MOT certificate; tyre damage; stone chips; scratches; discoloured trim; and scuffed bumper. Photos are attached. to an email have phoned and still no response.. customer service zero..

All the staff at Motorpoint Derby were helpful and friendly. Our sales exec asked about our requirements and gradually pinpointed the best car for us. He was spot on. There was no hard sell which was a big plus and made us more confident in buying from them. Everything ran smoothly and we ended with a high quality car which proving to be ideal for us.

Great service both in Sheffield and Derby. All sales staff very polite and attentive. A couple of small marks on inside of passenger door and when asked about it they had our car taken back inside and got them sorted.

What a fantastic experience, I was treated like royalty, I was browsing for a car and for once no pushy salesman, I knew they were there to help as soon as I needed it and to answer any questions, even had a lovely cup of coffee, I saw a car I liked and before I knew it, I had a test drive and a valuation on my car, I have never felt so valued anywhere. Of course I said I wanted the new car and we arranged a collection date there and then. I couldn’t wait but you have to get your papers in order, well that was so easy, the nice man showed me how to download an app, in the app I yes me, I uploaded all my documents from the comfort of my own home, so easy then when the day came, and it was only a couple of days, if I had all my paperwork with me I could have taken the new car the same day, it’s so well organised, anyway one the collection day because everything was already in the system from the app, I was in and out with no fuss, the nice man sat in the car with me to ensure I knew everything I needed to know before driving off safely, and I once again felt so special. This is how buying a new car should be done

No pressure to buy. Left alone to to look at vehicles. We was really disappointed thou that there was very little charge in the car we bought. Only enough to get us home. So we feel that's really bad and leaves a bitter taste the rest of the experience was good.
