Was served by a lad called Lucas at the Burnley site and purchased a second hand model 3 Tesla. Got off to a bad start as I’d just finished a night shift so I was abit grumpy as there was a misunderstanding about my service history on my part exchange but fortunately I was able to renegotiate the part exchange rather than not get the car I wanted at all. The car is fantastic love it and Lucas was really helpful and friendly throughout as where the other staff as well as trainees the only downside was the DVLA website issue when trying to tax the vehicle however it turned out the website was down but got it sorted in the end. The only drawback was that on hand over Lucas didn’t really show me how anything operated in the vehicle so had to spend five minutes trying to figure out how to set off but fortunately I had a idea as I’d watched reviews on utube earlier that week.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Muhi was fantastic made the whole experience of buying a car stress free and easy would highly recommend, great cars on offer for great price, very happy with my new car.

I love that we were left to look at the cars at our own leisure without any pressure but that there were staff on hand if we had any questions.
Matthew was very approachable, friendly and made our purchase straight forward and seamless.
We got a great deal for our part ex which brought our monthly payments down to a manageable level , including arrival warranty to protect our car throughout the lease.

Really easy to deal with, had a slight issue with finance company but Courtney went out of her way to get it sorted, new car valeted to a high standard and easy changeover.

I was looking around different garages for a different car.
We only looked at motorpoint on the off chance going into Burnley .
The staff where outside I thought oh no heavy sales pitch but they were there just to guide us through. Told us to come back to them at any time if we find a car or any information needed.
On the last row I turned round to find the car I had in my mind at the right price low mileage serviced one owner.
It was a hot day we had the dog with us they had a water point which was needed for the dog and a coffee point for us bonus .
The guy who looked after us was really great a nice guy another bonus .
