Great experience from start to finish , really didn expect to ho home with a new car on the same day i was looking for one .

David Walls was the sales the person excellent service from him he is a credit to your company

Generally a good experience. The handover assistant was excellent and knowledgeable in the banking process. The car was as expected. Two points of note are:-
Nobody could help set up the Incontrol system on the car and LR App. Which was a pain.
Also I ordered a dash cam package. I expected it to have been fitted but was just given a box and told a company would contact me a it would be fitted at my home address. From there on it has been a disaster and still does not work. A poor supplier has let Motorpoints reputation down.

I wanted to sell a pristine car to MP in Burnley, they tried to drop £3000.00 from the price offered stating the car had been hit and 'badly repainted' - LIE. The had not been hit, there was some scratches on the paintwork which I had 'professionally' repainted. At first 'Matthew' said it needs to go on the ramp and the team need to check for any damage or dents underneath (BS) - I told them there will be no dent or damage underneath as its not been hit - it will take about 40 minutes - ok i will wait - they checked it - come back saying it will be £3000 - further LYING by saying the light has been hit and it will be a whole new bumper, wing etc - BS!! I had the pic when the car was scratched and the pics after. I will never recommend such thieving people. Staff were not friendly. PS my car was the best than any of the cars you had on the forecourt and I'm not just saying that. You should have just said you're not buying the car. Not come up with 'badly painted job'

June 26 Bought a T Roc in Manchester for collection at Burnley a week later. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The staff at both sites were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Harrison was really helpful throughout the process of trying and buying our new car.

Easy to find location, friendly staff and the calming presence of Ciurtney who stated with us throughout the whole process.
Not to mention Ian's experience and expertise hence we first called Motorpoint in Derby. Both engaged in upselling without ever pressuring or being 'pushy'.

Matt our sales representative was absolutely fantastic. He was calm and patient and certainly not pushy in his approach.

But just to add ive now been given a bad credit score as Motor point haven't cancelled the agreement and now the loan company are on my case and chasing me for money for a car I dont own. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I don't know where to start with this review, but I bought an electric car from motor point and its been a living hell. From the minute I got it home, it wouldn't charge. The car had to be taken to Audi to be fixed and charged as their wasnt even enough charge left to take it back and demand my money back. Its been in Audi 3 weeks and came back unsatisfactory and even had the documents smeared to falsify the battery results. Im currently trying to speak with the management at motorpoint Burnley but there all to busy pushing sales to speak to me, so im in limbo. Don't trust these con merchants their all about sales and no customer service. A shocking experience ...I have an abundance off correspondence and photo evidence to back up my story if their's any doubts. Don't buy a car from these...just Don't!!!

Quick update. Ive finally had contact from the Burnley branch and they have accepted that I can return the car and receive a full refund. It took a while and this is why its important to buy a car from a reputable company who are governed by the motor ombudsman. I would also like to add that Eleanor who was dealing with my case was very polite throughout, it was just unfortunate what happened and im happy its all been resolved.

Nas guided me through the whole process, patiently answering all my questions. I never felt pressurised; and have bought a car which is perfect for me. Thank you!

Friendly efficient staff, coffees whenever you want one, relaxing atmosphere. Only drawbacks were, you couldn’t just go along to view available cars, you had to to see staff first, and no test drive offered

Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable staff that let you decide for yourself instead of the hard push you can get elsewhere.
