I was really disappointed
I was really disappointed with my very short experience of Motormoolah.
I went on line and entered my car details and I was impressed with the offer"James" came back with.
Encouraged to submit some photos by James and a member of the team would contact me at the requested time.
No one rang so I rang them only to be told that they weren't interested in my car and that James was only an on line bot 😡
I was well p*ssed off by the whole experience and I would just give them a call to see if it's worth progressing. Forget the on line nonsense.

Don’t let them arrange Ace Vehicle Logistics to collect
Motor moolah themselves were ok to good
Simple process
However if they allocate Ace Vehicle Logistics to collect your car INSIST on it being changed
Ace don’t respond, don’t book you in
Wasted almost a week due to their incompetence
Unfortunately this happened when my contact at Motor Moolah was off for 2 days
Eventually a really helpful woman took it on the change to a much more reputable form to collect

Sold my car to Motorola this morning and I gotta say how easy the experience was right from the start getting a quote for my car and the communication with Ben from Motormoola was first class, any questions I had he dealt with straight away and with no issues and was not pushy in any way.This is the way a business should be run with such professionalism.i gotta say a massive thank you to Ben for all his help in doing the deal.I highly recommend Motormoola and if in the future I need them again I will definitely be using them, keep up the good work guys

Smooth and Straightforward
The entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. From receiving the initial valuation on the website to uploading photos of the car, everything was simple and straightforward.
I was then contacted via WhatsApp by Jade, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Once we'd discussed the condition of the vehicle, I received a final offer that was more than fair compared to other car buying companies I'd approached.
They even offered a free vehicle collection, but I chose to drive the car to their garage in Derby instead, where they actually paid me a little extra for dropping it off myself.
Once I arrived, the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Because I'd been honest about the car's condition and disclosed any imperfections beforehand, they honoured the quoted price without any issues. After everything was checked and both parties were happy, the payment was transferred instantly into my bank account.
A big thank you to Jade and the team for making the whole experience so easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free way to sell their car at a fair price. Just be honest about your vehicle's condition, and I have every reason to believe your experience will be just as smooth as mine.

Awful experience
Awful experience, after what started as a simple, easy process. I got an orginal quote and then spoke to Ben via Whatsapp, sending in photos covering all damage and showing the cars mileage. They took £800 of the original quote which I accepted due to some bodywork issues. Collection was arranged for 3 days later. Nithin, who came to collect took the car out (I went with him) and then took a load of photos (which I had already provided in deep detail). We then had to wait around 30 mins as the office "was busy with other drivers". When they finally came back, they said that they were knocking another £800 off as at that mileage the clutch needs replacing. I argued that they had already had the mileage and that my service 1 month ago had not raised any clutch issues. They refused to budge. During this time, Nithin was leaning against the car with no care for the vehicle. We refused their offer and sent Nithin away. A real waste of time all round and I would not recommend!

The process was seamless …
The process was very straightforward and when I had been agreed a price for my vehicle it was locked in . The hr first transport company weren’t the best and wouldn’t fit around my work schedule but I messaged Ben and he immediately referred my collection to another company who were brilliant. They worked with me to find a convenient date and time to collect . Roy who collected my car was lovely too and after final checks the money was transferred to me before he took the car . The garage I bought my new car from recommended Motorway for a better price than they were prepared to give. Sunny and Norman from Onyx arrived to collect it today- polite, punctual, patient and helpful. Informed me at every stage of the process. This was the first time I sold a car through online purchases.
I was very nervous as it was a large sum of money.
After receiving the initial offer I was called by Jade who was lovely and assured as long as I am truthful about the condition of the car then there was nothing that could go wrong.
