Large charger saddlebags

I ordered my saddlebags on March 3 and received them March 11. The quality is fantastic, well worth the money.
I checked the progress of my order with Bobby using the online text chat. He responded immediately and emailed me a tracking number for parcelforce.
I honestly can't fault the service i received.

Bad online shop

Hey, dont order at this shop, ordered sattle bags for my bike and paid per PayPal, first i recived a message that my bags are on the way, i ask them for a tracking number no answer, two days later i recived a message from PayPal that motorcyclehouse send me my money back, but i lost 17 € for money transaction ( exchange ). I send them a 5 e-mails and still now answer from them, but for 2 days some response how i find the support from them, is this a joke or what. When you do some buissenes like this in some other country you will be out of buissenes very quick. Best regards a pist of customer

No item received after one month, lied about sending item.

Ordered a product over a month ago. They sent an email advising my item had been sent 1 week after this. Did not receive item. I attempted contact multiple times via email and phone with no response.

I submitted a request to Paypal for a refund after 1 month.
The day I submitted this request they sent another email saying my item has really been sent today (They did not actually send the item the first time they said they did)
My request from Paypal for a full refund was approved.

Motorcyclehouse Viking bags

After reading some of the reviews I was concerned about receiving anything back from this company. After seven days I sent an email to confirm whether they had received my order and within 4 hours they confirmed that my order was in shipping, expecting my order to arrive about 14 days later I was presently surprised it arrived only
3 days after they had confirmed shipping ,The Viking bags I ordered with the detachable docking posts all came in perfect condition and very well packaged, for the money spent on these products I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I can only say Motorcycle house dealt with my order very efficiently.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Product was ok but trying to contact them and get a decent response regarding warranty was useless.
Emails promising the world and then silence for months at a time....
Still no joy!!!
Do not buy from them!!!

"We don't just want one-time customers, we want you coming back" Ahahaha! That's a good one!

This is part of a review I wrote for their website, except of course it has to be "approved" by their staff first to be displayed there. Nothing says honesty like filtering out bad reviews to put on a good face.

For context I'm Australian and ordered from their Australian site.

I'd ordered some saddlebags (large XVS 650 classic bags) that were acceptable, but not as good as they should have been. Pre-drilled bolt holes were in the wrong position to hold the bags in the right spot on the bike, and even worse than that didn't even align with the holes on the fairing of the bike (out by almost an inch).

I ordered on November 19th, last year. At the time the website noted they were moving warehouse and shipping would resume 1st of December. Not a problem, I'm happy to wait. December 5th-ish comes around and the date changes to 1st of January as the moving is taking "longer than expected." Eh whatever, I can wait. 3rd of January comes around and the website updates as "warehouse moving completed, shipping will resume in 5-7 business days." Finally! Wait 8 business days and send them a message to check up on my order and the service representative online tells me "oh there's been some delays in the warehouse moving, it wasn't actually completed but it is now. Just wait another 5-7 business days and your order will be shipped." Why deliberately lie to your customers when you've already been screwing them around? Regardless, I wait another 7 business days and inquire again. Again I'm told "it should be shipped soon." Finally that week it ships and eventually arrives February 5th.
I'm perfectly fine with the warehouse moving taking time to sort out, however, what I am not okay with is being screwed around by a company that struggles to get its act together and doesn't care about compensating customers in any way. "We don't just want one-time customers, we want you coming back" definitely does not show in your business practices.
When I ordered initially there was an 18% discount available. In the two and a half months it took to receive my saddlebags there were numerous occasions of 40% discounts, however I couldn't cancel my order and reorder in the mean time to take advantage of this because the bags were "sold out." I'm not the kind of person to expect free handouts from companies, they're here to make money, but if you want repeat customers maybe try taking care of them when you inconvenience them, especially when you give them plenty of time and cause to take their business elsewhere.

Whilst the bags are decent enough, I would certainly never buy anything from Motorcyclehouse/Viking again and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else buy from them.
In fact I'd actively direct them to go elsewhere.

If you are going to attempt to deal with them, use Paypal - they have to pay Paypal service fees that they can't charge to you and you have guaranteed protection in the even something goes wrong.

Would give them zero star rating if possible.The only thing this company seem to be able to do with any competence is take your money. They do not answer their phones, do not respond to emails, ignore repeated requests on their live chat to tell you where your items are. They seem to have a worldwide business model based on lies and deception, this company are running a scam. You would be better off throwing your money out of the car window as at least you would know you had definitely done your dough

Ordered set of saddle bag in November…

Ordered set of saddle bag in November 2019 for birthday present in December told they were moving warehouse and would be shipped in January 2020 after emails exchanged promised they would be here within 14 working days still waiting would not recommend this company to anyone they take to money and that's the last you hear if I could give a zero star they would receive one

Worst online shopping experience ever.

Worst online shopping experience ever.
Will not answer the phone, will not respond to correspondence.
Luckily i Purchased through Paypal so hoping for a resolution there.
I will be contacting the US and make every effort to ensure this sham of an Australian dealership is shut down.

I have been waiting a month.

Half of the ordered goods arrived 6 weeks after the transaction took place, still not an iota of correspondence. So still $230 out of pocket.

Late Delivery, many emails for Order status

*** UPDATE 5th Feb 2020 : After writing the review yesterday, I finally received my goods! It’s amazing what a little negative pressure with social media can do, plus lodging a dispute claim with your bank to get resolution. I’ve now changed my rating from 1 to 3 ***

Their warehouse in Sydney does not exist!
After ordering saddlebags back late Dec 2019, they kept repeatedly saying there was a delay in warehouse shipping. Email after email they kept putting me off, so finally drove to the address stated on their website (2-4 Interchange Dr, Eastern Creek NSW 2766, Australia) .... and what do you know it’s not there! I went back to them and asked them the question of what their warehouse address was and they ignored the question. Two days later my order on their website said “shipped”. I still haven’t seen the goods! I have since gone back to my bank and lodged a transaction dispute. Let’s see how this goes!

Delays and poor communication. Avoid!

24/3 Update - case lodged with NSW Fair Trading. Absolutely no contact from this company. DO NOT BUY.
Ordered side bags late November. Website said there were delays and would ship early January. Mid January I emailed them. They had "issues". Would ship in 5 - 7 days. They did offer a refund but another week was ok for me. Received email 28th Jan advising item shipped. Now 4 days later, 20kms from warehouse and no bags. In the mean time I have received 2 emails every week with discount offers.
Do not buy from this company. They do not advise of delays and basically lie about what is happening.
Update:- 8 days later and I get an email asking me to review the product (that I haven't received). Have asked for a refund. Have had no contact from Motorcycle House, as yet, after my last email to them.

Faulty Order System

Ordered a jacket. Stock showed available. Next day I get notice of a refund. No message from the company, just here is your money back... customer service rep was nice but unhelpful. Only thing she said was, “Sorry I site is updating and letting customers place orders for things that are out of stock.” So it doesn’t sound like a one off experience. Find another company to give your hard working dollars to.

faulty site profile and they don't care of your order

I bought 2 bags on June 11, after a few days the site didn't gave traceability, I wrote them and got it by email. I discovered by myself that the parcel was sent but stuck somewhere here in italy because of address issues (don't know what they messed up...).emailed them begging to do something but nothing, the parcel returned in uk and now is stuck there, again waiting for instructions from the sender (Aug 27, and I emailed them the delivery address many times). I found a friend working on the delivery company and trying to solve by myself. they are ridiculous, they don't deserve to be in the business

Will not answer their phone, they have a automated reply.Have left a few messages on there but wont reply..I just want to ask a couple of questions about some bags they have advertised for cruiser cycles before buying,but after reading the bad reviews will give this company a big miss.Amazing they are in business.

I ordered Viking Bags weeks ago

I ordered Viking Bags weeks ago, still sitting as "awaiting fulfillment" contacted customer service twice via E-mail, no replies. used the in website chat - eventually someone connected, then disconnected without reply, finally managed to get someone on the phone, who said your order is on the packing table will send you tracking when it ships... which was days ago. AVOID THIS COMPANY. this is my first 1 Star review, this type of customer service is not acceptable in 2019 - update, after one month Viking have said they cannot full the order and cancelled it, they then processed a PARTIAL refund! They have finally emailed saying they will refund in full - however no funds are in my account.

AVOID!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with…

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They failed to send one of the items in my order, and it never turned up after waiting for weeks. The item that did arrive was the wrong size, so I stupidly ordered the smaller size. The items that arrived were extremely poor quality, the kind of gear you would see at a market stall in Pakistan. Weird fit, poor quality zips, low quality materials all over.

Returned all of the items, paid $45 return postage, then they only issue a partial refund on both orders, saying postage is non-refundable. So after 2 months of mucking around, I'm now out over $100 with nothing to show for it.

I believe this company is simply drop shipping items around the world, likely from low quality suppliers. I will never deal with them again, and would encourage everyone to avoid them. Easily the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Bought a medium jacket, size did not match the description. They then make it hard to return, they make you wait a long time for any response from customer service and you then have to pay for the return shipping. Not a good shopping experience at all. Will never purchase from here again.

Motorcyclehouse.co.uk Company with suspicious activity. Avoid, they stole your money and send you rubbish. You never will be answered after you pay them. When they answering then only asking to wait for 2-3 hours, not to worry and promising to sort it out, what never happens. They lie all the time that your order processed, item shipped, then delay happened, then something else, then that money will be refunded, they will sort it out and never ends. Endless story, do not believe them. They are hiding under fake names: John, Chris, Mark, Steven etc.
