Bag arrived today finally and all I can say is its OK nothing more but the customer service is terrible lots of fob you off stories wouldn't buy from them again as customer service is everything

I bought saddlebags from Motorcycle House UK on 2 separate occasions and can't wait to do so again. This time I upgraded to the Lamellar slanted Viking bags and they are absolutely amazing. I placed my order on the evening of January 25th (2021), it was dispatched on the 26th and it was delivered to me in London on the 28th. Besides the fast dispatch and delivery, I was also very impressed with the customer service. Their online live chat really works and every question I had was clarified very efficiently. Amber and Celeste were super helpful and kept me updated though the whole process. I really recommend them 100%. It's a great shop! Frankly I can't understand where the bad reviews come from, I had nothing but good experiences with them. A big thank you for the whole team!

I was really sceptical about purchasing anything from here due to the bad reviews, I almost didnt order my Viking Saddlebags.
I am so glad I purchased it as it arrived on time, no hassle exactly what I wanted in terms of quality and it is the only place that sells Viking bags they are class!

after that, when I received my order from the Motorcycle House it was more than I expected and the parcel includes a hardware mounting kit worth $100 dollar but I received this without any extra cost. I have had nothing but a great experience. They have always been pretty quick with the delivery of my items...and I have ordered quite a bit of stuff from them, Best experience ever, Thank you motorcycleHouse, Recommended

I ordered a Viking bag from motorcycle.co.uk on the 17th August(Monday) and after a few days(on Friday) I saw that my order was still not processed, so I wrote to them to see what happens, but no answer within 24 hours, so I looked here to see what rating they have and what other people experienced with this company. I realized that a lot of people are complaining about their orders and I thought that would be also my case, so I thought maybe I need to send them a message to make them aware that I'm serios about getting my order, whatever it takes and that I will take legal action if needed. After this message I received an answer in a very short time, apologizing and telling me that my order will be shipped on Monday and I will get a tracking number. Monday passed and I haven't got a tracking number, so I wrote again to them on Tuesday asking for that. On Wednesday I decided to ask for a refund, because I started to think that I am tricked and I will not receive my order, so I sent them another message, but again, with no answer. On Friday, I had a surprise, my order arrived..and the Viking bag is really good quality, maybe better than described.

So, my conclusion based on my experience is that they shipped my order pretty fast, considering that it arrived in Romania on 28th August and the order was placed on 17th August to the UK store, but the main problem with them was the poor communication and lack of information in my order details(no updated status and no tracking number).

Purchased a jacket online in June. Sent jacket back to exchange for another size. No jacket received. No responses to emails and website closed. Absolute RIP OFF.

Bought a set of bags and gloves from this site. Took 4 weeks to get the bags, now after over 2 months still no gloves and the website is closed until further notice. Wish I would have read reviews first.

I dont normally write reviews but felt I needed to after reading poor reviews on Motorcycle House. I recently purchased a pair of viking slanted saddle bags for my M109r. I purchased the bags via the motorcycle house website on 5 July 2020 and received the bags today 13 July 2020 (just over 1 week). After purchasing the bags I received some emails to state the order had been received and more to say it had been shipped. In the past few days I've received more texts and emails from aus post with estimated dates of delivery. My main point of writing this review was that I was concerned with the reviews I'd read about lack of details regarding delivery after purchase as well as delays with delivery. This isn't something I experienced and do not understand the bad wraps this company has received on these sites. The bags i ordered came as promised, are good quality and were delivered quickly

Company took money for items not delivered. Tried to contact, but website now states "...closed until further notice". Having to try to claim back some costs by utilising paypals resolution centre.

Terrible, dishonest company. No communication with the customer regardless of what medium (FB, Email, Chat) you use. My items not delivered, my order cancelled (without inofrming me), so waiting on a refund now. Contacted Paypal for assistance as I paid for the item via that portal, no help wahtsoever.

Finally got a live chatand after 45minutes told there creating order ( for a product already bought and paid for two weeks ago)

Ordered three Jackets..... still waiting.... Emailed - NO Response. Online chat - quite literally hours waiting till the system kicks you off. Called the local Australian number - no body there.

I paid for saddlebags + £24.99 for 24hour delivery. 8 days later no bags, phone calls not answered, Chat throws you off after waiting 30mins. Unanswered emails. Bags listed as in stock. Order perpetually 'awaiting fulfilment' whatever that means? Have now requested a refund from MasterCard. Do we really have to give a star rating? 0/5 from me!

i Ordered some saddlebags for my Yamaha XVS Midnight Star after two weeks i received a fixing Kit but no bags?. i had numerous conversations on Live chat which was a total waste of my time they do not respond leave you hanging and when you leave a message again i found i had lost my place and been put back in a queue. i have never seen such total lack of disregard for the customer, i tried to ring the Number they gave me which was some where in Hawaii i think!!!. again i tried to use the Chat and again was left hanging this time for almost 4 hours also tried the US site that was just as bad had both sites running simultaneously but obviously they only use one chat site to answer. want some quick release locking systems but loathe to order from these people after the service i received, received my bags after almost 8 weeks!!!!!. still waiting for a reply to last attempts in fact any attempts never seen such a bad way of working, you can't even use the discount code, Viking you claim to have sites in Australia, England and the States but you will not ship to England from unless you live in the UK. i use the term ship loosely. Pull your finger out also i have never seen a site with so many bad reviews only seen them after i decided to check up.

Ordered bags and quick release Monday P.M. Order was shipped Wed A.M. received Sat, everthing was in order and was SHOCKED at how good the bags looked, I sure will not be ashamed having them on my bike, so to a bunch of crybabies on the internet and bash VIKING BAGS really bad-I have NO idea what you expect for $259. I will highly advise them and will post a few good pics in a couple day's when I get them mounted. I Highly recommend, and yes they are not of real leather but the quality of the bags seems decent and i can tell you that will last longer than any of my previous Top-Notch brand

Hi, I am Kevin and I am using the motorcycle luggage for over a decade now and I have the pleasure to use almost all the brand's luggage. A friend of mine recommended the Motorcycle House and from there I purchased the Baldur Extra large Saddlebag for my Harley Softail Street Bob. The product arrived within 7 Working Days and yes at first I was facing some problems while putting the bags on my bike's side but landed on a VikingBags installation Video on youtube while searching for the solution, and the bags were on my bike in next 20 minutes.

I was not expecting that kind of quality in this price range, I have used many far expensive bags but never get the satisfaction as sometimes the price was justifying the price or the quality is not up to the mark. But believe me, These bags are worth spending your hard-earned bucks. Now, it is been about 8 months, and the bags still in new condition and I have driven about 6500 miles with that. Regular wear and tear are far less than the other expensive brands. I am seriously impressed by their manufacturing and product quality.

19 dec: I buy online from motorcyclehouse co uk a pair of Vikings saddlebags. The site says shipping in 24h from the order / no fuss return process, 30 days money back guaranteed.

28 dec: I contact them as I did not receive the parcel. They say xmas holidays and so all shipping will go on jan 3rd. Reasonable. Ok.

6 jan: contact them again. Answer: they forgot my order.

7 jan: I receive the order. Product is fine but doesn't fit my bike as advertised.

11 jan: I fill the return form for return + refund. It says it needs 48h to process.

14 jan: contact them again as I didn't receive any confirmation or else. They said to wait other 24h.

16 jan: still nothing. Contact them and they say it's not up to them, it's the shipping company that has to produce a label for return so I have to wait for them to mail me the label.

22 jan: nothing. Contact them again, they say they forgot to process the return.

29 jan: nothing. Contact them again, they say the return has been processed ok and will mail me the shipping label in next few hours.

31 jan: nothing. Contact them again, they say they don't understand what went wrong so they reprocess it again.

7 feb: nothing. Contact them again, they say somebody messed up the process and they have to re do it. Also they say they were assigning me a consultant to follow this issue in real time.

9 feb: "Josh" contacts me asking which day I prefer the courier to come collect the item for the return. I reply any day from Sat 15th onward.

10 feb: Josh replies he booked me for Sat 15th but couldn't allocate an exact time slot so I have to wait for the courier in a period from 9 am to 5pm. I say ok.

15 feb: nothing. An entire day at home and no one showed up, no one called me no emailed me. I email Josh stating this. No reply so far.

17 feb: nothing. I try contact them again but I'm in a queue of 5. When is my turn, the chat crashes before I can start. I queue again, I'm n8 now. By the time I reach n4, the chat closes again as it's past 8pm.

Still, no email from them.

Is there any customer association that can help me in this situation? They owe me £206.50 in refund. Their telephone numbers are useless, one doesn't exist and the other is deactivated. Customer service so far fed me only lies.
This can't be legal.
Help.

19th Feb 2020:
I contacted them again and, under the threat of a legal action, a shipping label magically appeared. Shipped the very next day. Item delivered the next day (21st Feb).

18th Mar 2020:
Contacted them again. They said my refund was been processed today and would take 5-7 working days. Seriously? What about the period between 22nd Feb and 17th Mar?
I explained that the website advertises "fast shipping in 24h" (false: I received the item after 2 weeks), "hassle free returns" (false: it took almost 2 months for getting a shipping label after contacting them 7 times), "30days money back warranty" (false: it's March 18th and I didn't get anything) and "this item fits the following bikes [models]" (false: I had to return it because it didn't fit my bike).
So, after contacting them over 10 times, all I got were lies after lies. Not a single time THEY contacted me regarding the issue, it has always been me so far, meaning unless you push and push your rights, they simply ignore you.
Their justifications were pathetic: "we forgot / we made a mistake / I don't understand why this hasn't been processed" 10 times in a row.
And worst of all, the CS employee just shut down the chat on me.
I don't want to give them 1 or 0 star. I want the police to shut them down for scam because this is completely unacceptable, illegal and unfair.
Up to date, the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Ever.
Avoid like a swarm of radioactive plague rats.

Hello. I don t like the services they "gave me".
So i ordered a pair of saddlebags with hard mount kit included. First , they didn't put the mounting hardware in the box. I called them. After 2 weeks they send me the hardmount kit but withhout the bolts and the spacers. Good job!!. Anyway,the hardmount kit is very low quality . It bends etc. So don't give them money. They don t deserve it
