Fantastic experience from start to finish!
First made a call about my new bike and spoke to Leo the salesman who was nothing but extremely helpful. Said it would be a good idea to place a deposit but wasn’t pushy with it. I called up a couple of days later and placed a holding deposit until I could go and see the bike with my wife.
Once we got there he said hello and told me where abouts the bike was and wasn’t sat on my shoulder, gave me the time to look the bike over without a shadow. He got a mechanic to start the bike as the battery was flat ( fitted a new battery ) the bike was super and so were the team. Deal done!
Delivery was arranged and I was not home. Olly delivered the bike a few days later where I had someone waiting at home for the delivery. He called to give me a 1 hour window which was useful and on arrival was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t personally ask for a better experience.

Mixed bag with this place depending who you deal with. Purchased a bike from them last year and the salesman was great and I had no issues. This year dealt with Doug and Scott who were professional and polite working g very hard to get me the deal I was after. Adam Leo and the others out back were amazing working hard to fix the bike up and make adjustments. The deal was then ruined by Ben the salesman who tried to take over and came in like a bull in a China shop using bullying tactics to hurry me into a deal even though I hadn't decided between cash or finance yet, and became rude and argumentative when I refused to budge and asked him to wait til I came in at the weekend to check it over (lucky I did as thr bike wasn't right yet) so he put me right off buying from them after that. Quite aggressive when not getting his own way and ruining all interest in the bike really. No issues last year but Ben (manager) didnt stick his nose in then. Also heard him taking his anger out on the staff who were working hard selling 2 bikes that day to me and my accosiates in one day (well done Doug) working hard against the tide of Ben. So not sure if I can recommend or not. Last year was super fast delivery all professional and amazing staff so if you judge it like that thrj its a good place to go.

Second bike with this company, always been more than happy to help.
The person who delivered (Olly) was very friendly, professional and took his time to talk us through the exchange process. Olly happily secured our bike in the shed.

Bought a bike off Robbo, one of the sales execs there. Top marks all round. He was straight-talking, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish- no pushy sales tactics, just honest advice and a class deal.

This company clearly knows their stuff and I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone who’s in the market to get one. Might even go back for seconds!

Olly was a true gentleman.
He kept us updated about where he was and what time he would be here.
As my husband wasn’t here he took his bike out of the garage and put the new bike in to it!

The bike turned up yesterday and I could not be happier with the condition and service
Took out the great deal on 3 year warranty
It was better than expected and the delivery driver kept me updated throughout the day on his arrival
I have been buying bikes and riding for 45 years now and would definitely use again

Really happy with the Triumph I bought here. A good bike at a decent price, helpful sales staff, well prepared for sale and good after sales service to sort out a minor issue.

Drive was excellent. Gave me time to give the bike a good look over. Explained all the paperwork. Called to let me know when he would be arriving.

Had a warranty bike collected and dropped off by Olly, brilliant bloke, always makes sure to give us a call when they’re near by so we know when to expect them,always makes sure he knows the issues before taking it away so he can pass anything on that may have been forgotten. Nothing is too much trouble.

Very please with both the service from M4A and condition of the bike I bought, the px price was acceptable and Scott did everything he could to meet my budget, delivery was excellent and on time, I had reservations about buying a bike without viewing but this experience allayed my worries. Thanks Scot

Was very please with the company's communication and speed of completing the deal . Also the delivery driver was on time and found my address no problem . He was very helpful and professional in his job .
I would have given 5 stars but the bike was not as clean as the photos , which did not show slight damage to paint work and missing plastic from fairing . Also would have been better if the bike had been valeted . Other than that I would recommend Motorbikes 4all and will use again .
