Sold a poor product (issue in itself) but customer service was quite open and helpful so far. Have to fill out a survey before they'll start the refund, so be on your toes.

I didn't realize it was in US funds and tried to cancel order immediately . I was told to return it when I got it. It was returned with a tracking number and receipt was acknowledged. I was told the refund would be in two weeks at the latest. I have contacted them several times and was asked to be patient. I have been more than patient!!! I would never order from them again.

Received quick responses to my emails but disappointed in the ordering process. Ordered twice in error and was told I could not cancel one of the orders but had to send the unwanted order back when received. This is even though I called within 5 minutes of placing the order.
Once received I called to return the second order and was persuaded to keep the product and I would receive a 70% credit. It has now been 2 weeks since they claim to have processed the credit and it still has not appeared on my account. Can’t see why it’s taken so long for a credit to appear when the charge appeared within minutes of placing the order.
Seems dishonest.

I wanted to return the mosqishock bug zapper as the package was damaged during shipping. I contacted their customer service by phone and then email. The customer service reps were fantastic and were able to offer a 70% refund and allowed me to keep the product and not have to pay for return shipping. That was a reasonable solution for my concerns. My only concern was during the ordering it wasnt clear that the funds were in US dollars. Thats the reasion for 4 stars. Thanks. GW

Buyer BEWARE! I purchased a 4-count pack of mosquito lamps and the company surreptitiously added warranties and fees I did not agree to. I was shocked to see the cost was almost $150. I immediately called customer service to cancel my order. Customer service advised I could not cancel my order and to simply return it to sender once the package was delivered. After the package was delivered, I called customer service again to inquire about a return address label, I was advised they would not provide me with a label, adding that I would have to cover the cost to return it. Okay, no problem, I paid to have it returned to sender, only to be told the address was their "old" address and therefore they could not issue a refund. They blow a lot of smoke in mirrors and lie by omission. Poor customer service and misleading information. Do not recommend!

Attention response below; what resolution was reached? I sent your product back to the return address on the shipping label, within the 30 day period and have not been refunded. You kept your product and my money.

I sat outside with the mosquishock for about 15 min and I killed at least 30 mosquitoes . The mosquishock was on the table beside me and killed zero. I did the same the next evening and the same thing happened.

I completed the online order not being aware the purchase was in US Dollars until I received notification from my Visa card people. Through out the process of my order on line I did not see anything indicating/suggesting this was a US Dollar purchase! Even my subsequent review or the order summary did not indicate my order was a US Dollar purchase. I would not have placed the order had I known

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered multiple zappers with expedited shipping. Over 3 weeks later, I have not received my order. Tracking showed the order out for delivery where I live, then 2 days tracking showed it being undeliverable and being returned to shipper. I traded a few messages with support, and then they went silent. I asked them to cancel the order and give me a full refund. Have not heard from them in 3 days. Do NOT buy from them!

After 2 full weeks, I have not received shipping confirmation or tracking information. Several attempts to customer service just result in the same saying the order has been dispatched.

So they finally arrived although I was never provided with any shipping or tracking information, they just kind of showed up.
I tried one out tonight and it was absolute garbage. I got eaten by mosquitoes and this lamp did not catch a single one. Returning.

It lights up but does not attract and kill mosquitos. We took it on holiday and it was a waste of time. We all got bitten and the device did not kill a single mosquito. Waste of money!

FAKE REVIEWS! Caution when buying. Just make a search before buy. I was investigating and found out that they are lying about checked reviews as most of web site as preaching for.
Didn´t test the product, so not sure if works or not but based on what I saw, don´t need to test it to found out that is just another gadget for your home that will be left aside in a week

Saw an ad on YouTube Mosqishock. Website Says 4.7 review on TrustPilot with a bunch of "verified" fake reviews, but this is a lie as this is the first one. Also website says 70% off. Their 70% off prices are more than double Amazon prices. This product is so new, even Amazon does not have reviews yet. Lies, Lies and more Lies. Then they have a grid saying theirs kills mosquitoes and the competing ones don't kill them?? Bug zapper have been around for a long time.
