Very poor quality clothing - buying it in from other companies. Poor customer services when you have an issue.

Customer Service were excellent, went out of their way to assist me in a friendly and professional manner. Very prompt delivery, and the boots were just what I was looking for, well made and comfortable. Will be back!

The most comfortable boots I've ever had. As I have wide legs, it helped being able to adjust the width with the strings at the back. Warm, comfortable, strongly recommend!

The sizing on 2 pairs of slippers was wrong. Over £80 paid and money taken immediately. However, it took 12 days from them receiving the return to refund my money. Their returns policy does say it can take 14, but in this internet banking age this delay is unacceptable and would be the one reason I wouldn't shop with them again. That and the fact that, even at that purchase price I had to pay postage which I have now lost.

Friendly and professional staff at wells branch .great advise and time on deciding which looked nicer on. The boots are so comfortable and stylish. For someone that hates shopping for footwear it was a welcomed experience . Thankyou

I've had many pairs of sandals and boots and love them all. As I'm getting new carpets soon I thought I'd have a treat and get some nice slippers. Just tried them on and I know I will not be dissapointed

I am wearing the boots I ordered yesterday. Fabulous comfortable and gorgeous. I can wriggle my toes , which is a must for me due to wide feet.Thank you to all involved. I am over the moon with my purchase and true to your word they arrived when promised I can assure you I will be wearing Moshula shoes and boots from now on.

I love my slippers. They are very comfortable, warm & cosy. They have a nice strong sole so I can pop outside in them too.

Excellent service and products great footwear excellent quality

I purchased a pair of Moshulu slippers after my mum having had hers for many years and also after much research. I have had them about ten months and yesterday slipped badly after the soles have become smooth. This is the second time this has happened, the first time was early August. I am so disappointed that after all my research I have purchased such a rubbish and dangerous pair of slippers.

A nice welcome when we entered the Shop in Falmouth town centre. The staff were very nice and looked after me. I chose some lovely soft furry slippers and I love wearing them.

Recently received the Moshulu Fireside 2 slipper boots…. these are the best slipper boots I have ever had! Quick delivery, perfect fit and oh so comfortable! Lovely them!

Could try a little harder to post items as certain parts of the UK are excluded. Rediculous in this day and age do not recommend

Ordered a really nice bag and was so upset when I received it to find it was clearly a previous-returned used item. Especially since I'd paid full price for it, not a sale item. I expected brand new. The front of the bag was all scuffed and you could tell the previous purchaser had adjusted the straps from their original position. I returned the bag straight away with details of why I was returning it. They refunded me but kept the postage cost, which I should have got back as I had not chosen to buy a used item.

This was a good online experience - what I really appreciated was the ability to buy multiple items for sizing, and be able to return them for free. This is far more likely to encourage me to buy from them if I don't have to worry about paying return postage - take note firms that charge for returns!

I have been a repeat customer for several years and have no complaints about previous service. I ordered a pair of Ginger Ale sandals in the latest sale. Paid £49 + p&p. Also subsequently received last Monday an email imploring customers to "Order quickly, last chance, sale ends tonight". I had to return the sandals as there was a manufacturing fault with them and requested an exchange; I requested a different colour as none were now available in the original colour. Fine, no problem. Today (Wednesday) I have just gone on the website and looked up the same sandals. Design is now labelled 'Sale - £35' ie. a further £14 reduction AFTER the sale purportedly ended. That's so disingenuous as to be unbelievable. I'm afraid that when my latest order is completed one way or another I shall no longer be taking my custom to this company. In fact I shall be phoning them first thing tomorrow morning in the hope of changing my exchange request to a refund request.

Update 11 Sept 2023: I much appreciate how Moshulu have dealt with my product return and complaint about their recent Sales policy. As explained in their reply, they have given me a partial refund to reflect the new discounted sale price. In fact they have gone above and beyond by finding for me a replacement pair in the colourway I originally ordered. Entirely with the purpose of being helpful, I would only suggest that, to avoid, arguably, misleading 'Sale ending' notifications in future, they might consider including a sentence along the lines of "A limited number of styles may be subject to further reductions beyond this end of sale date".
To sum up, one happy customer. And the replacement sandals are a lovely, perfect fit! Thank you, Moshulu!

Have had 2 pairs of sandals for a few years but only worn occasionally, one flat and the other a wedge style. The soles on both sets of shoes have disintegrated. The cobblers can’t mend them as the soles are not replaceable. Such a shame as they were really comfortable to wear.

Great customer service. I previously had a pair of moshulu sandals that lasted nearly a decade. I was a bit surprised when my new sandals lasted only one summer before falling apart so I got straight onto customer service who were very helpful, asked me to send my broken sandals in and then sent me vouchers for the price I bought the sandals at.

My mum has been shopping with Moshulu for years and bought me a pair of slippers that have lasted me for ages! It's time to replace them so thought I'd treat myself.

I was so surprised to have recieved a 15% discount from their refer a friend scheme, was such a pleasant shopping experience!

I look forward to recieving my first order that I've placed.
