This company do not reply to customer services emails. You have to chase them for refunds. I have currently been waiting for two weeks for a refund.

The boots are fabulous quality, but i had to send them back because, they were too tight around my legs. I was gutted.

Good quality and very comfortable. I have couple of pair of moshulu boots size 6 but today I bought a pair size 5 fit perfect also wide fit. Size 5 makes my feet look better and smaller. Many thanks

Moshulu in the past and was very pleased with them. I have just purchased a pair of boots and I am equally happy with them.

I have a great pair of boots. Super comfy and they look great. But unfortunately I can’t say same for a couple of pairs of ankle boots. The boots look fab but they are just not comfortable to wear, or even less, walk in. It’s as if the shaping of the inner heel support is too shallow - so it rubs and pulls down my ankle socks. My socks bunch underneath my foot, awful. I have a pair of ankle boots for £20 from sainsburys that look just as good and are waaay more wearable. V disappointing.

If I am in Sidmouth I always make a bee-line for the Moshulu shop! It is comfy and welcoming, the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.. They don't seem to mind how long it takes me decide and they will order anything not in in the colour I like, posting it to my home if necessary. I have been VERY pleased with everything I have bought there over the years, styles, colours, comfort and durability. Thank you so much. I am very grateful - even when I have ended up with more footwear then I actually need. I suppose you could say I am a shoe-aholic - I like my shoes to match the colour of my outfit and the activity I am doing. You keep this 90 year old very happy.
PS Your shoes also draw admiring and envious glances from my friends and family.
PPS How did you get your name? I am intruiged.

very helpful staff at Taunton shop.Bought a navy striped scarf.I actually went in hoping to buy navy sparkle boot slippers as bought couple of years ago.Its difficult when you have made up yr mind to look at anything else unless its a WOW! I love bobbles on my cushions but the slippers left me rather cold.Wasn't there room for one lot of sparkle amid the range.Not desperate so I will wait.Can't find the £100 prize survey site as advertised on my receipt card.I also wanted a tan leather tote bag,doesnt seem to be any about under £80.Keep up the good work.

To date I've received nothing except excellent customer service, oh and of course fabulously comfortable and colourful footwear!

I've bought slippers for my husband and sons, boots for my husband and Brother-in-law, slippers and slipper boots for myself and on the most part are excellent. Had to exchange a pair of boots because one of the zips wouldn't stay up but customer services were excellent and sorted it out. Only thing I havent been 100% happy with was a pair of moccasin style slippers. I have wide feet so tend to go for suede slippers as they give but they split at the stitching instead. Would definitely buy from them again though. In fact, I just did!

I'm not a Moshulu customer however I am very likely to become one very soon. My cousin came over from New Zealand and his quest? To buy a replacement pair of Moshulu slippers for his wife whose previous pair were beginning to show signs of their age.

We were in the midst of postal strikes so Moshulu had removed their express delivery service as they could not guarantee that anything would arrive on time. I figured that it was worth ringing them to see if they could do anything about the order that I had already placed.

They couldn't be more helpful putting the order on hold momentarily so that they could reassign it to express delivery service on the off chance that we would get them in time. I accepted that it was very much in the lap of the gods and Royal Mail but as I say, the company were brilliant in doing everything that they could to help me to get these slippers on time.

Thank you Moshulu. This is what I call excellent customer service. I will be back.

NEPAL 4 Men’s Classic Leather Slippers. I found these singularly the most difficult slippers to get on my feet. I couldn't return them as I had worn them but I wish I hadn't. The slippers are uncomfortable under foot and as I have said, although they were the right size, I had great difficulty in getting them on, I even cut the elastic each side of the slippers and still had a hard time getting them on. No problems getting them off. The only reason for the 2 stars is that they are leather and have a sole which is wearable outdoors. Dreadful waste of money.

I have loads of Moshulu shoes, boots and slippers. I was just wondering whether get a new pair of Moshulu slippers for Christmas, but unfortunately the pair from last year are still going strong! So are the boots from last year, and the year before…..

Bought some slippers for my wife, happy so far, I'm sure she'll love them. Look good.

Moshulu sent me an email asking me to review my recent purchase. Not a problem, I’ve been buying Moshulu sandals and slippers for a number of years and love them all. But I don’t know which ones to review, I’ve just bought 7 pairs of slippers for Christmas presents as everyone always admires mine and they all look lovely. I especially love the matching mommy and daughter ones in bright pink. I haven’t bought children’s before so the jury’s still out on those but they look as well made as the adult ones and they have an elasticated strap on the back to ensure a good, safe fit.
Moshulu are offering entry into a £200 prize draw for writing a review which is part of my reason for writing one, I’m debating which boots to buy and if I win I’m getting two pairs 😆. Seriously, I’d definitely recommend Moshulu…in fact I do all the time. I just wish stores weren’t closing as I like to see before I buy and try them on. Other than that 5*s Moshulu 😃

I received my parcel of a pair of boots. One was a size 7 the other a size 6. How can such an error occur? I have had to send parcel back via the post office and as I am disabled this has cause considerable difficulty.

Ordered a selection of boots to try on new styles. Returned same day as receiving as quality wasn’t good enough, leather wasn’t soft, colours slightly off and narrow in the foot. I received an email stating the footwear had arrived in the warehouse but no refund issued. It’s now over 15 days since I received the email of receipt and still no refund! Customer services fail to reply to contact. At a loss of what to do next. How is it possible a company in this day and age are able to get away with stealing and withholding their customers money!?

I have many Moshula products and particular love their bright colour though the website colours are often not an accurate representation.
Excited at the new lipstick red Vagar Ankle boots I ordered a pair. What a disappointment. Very badly made. At £110 theses were a big let down and have been returned. The inside seams were bulky with large lumps left in lining/seams . The leather cracked and the colour different on each boot. They are also a very snug low ankle fit which for me felt tight .

Sadly Moshulu team seem to think a D is a wide fit when I was told by Clarkes and Hotter that wide fit is an E and wider fit is EE.
My daughter spent about a hundred pounds recently buying two pairs of boots only to find they rub her ankle raw and her feet seemed scrunched after wearing for an hour of walking. I bought boots previously and they were very narrow to the point I can no longer wear.So it seems I can't convince Moshulu that their boots are too narrow for the average older person and their boots are also incredibly weighty. Such a shame when they are so expensive

I Ordered sleepers size 6 for my mums swollen feet but i could not get them on ,so i sent them back which was very easy to do and got a replacement for a size 7 an i like to thank Moshulu they fit perfectly and my mum says they are very comfortable . Thankyou Moshulu

I honestly think that Moshulu censors the reviews that they allow to be seen on their website. They only show reviews giving on-brand messages about the shoes. This gives the impression that the majority of the reviews are 5 stars. They didn't publish my review at all. They have published reviews that were made since the date of my review. There is one negative review up on the website. It says the Bavaria is too wide! So people with wider feet will be thinking that this particular sandal will be comfortable for them. I based my purchase on Moshulu's online guidance for wide feet. Moshulu recommends the Bavaria Waxy for wide feet. The reviews they have published back up this claim and my review would have been the only one that was contrary to the claim. My feet are not fat but I have bunions, one is slightly worse than the other and I said this in my review. I was attracted by a sandal that had adjustable width. I wanted to let other buyers know that the footbed ridges hurt my bones and it didn't matter how adjustable the straps were because the base of the shoe was so highly rigid and inflexible that it hurt my feet. They have not come back to me at all to talk about the misrepresentation of the comfort of the sandal and have not published my review. My review wasn't even bad. I did mention all the good things about the sandal before I said that I felt I had been mis-sold a shoe for wide feet that were not comfortable to my particular wide feet. I couldn't return the sandals as I had been following their advice to break the shoe in by walking around the house. The Bavaria is wearable now as I wore down the painful sides by rubbing them with handle of a metal knife and continued to walk around my house in them. They are still not quite right but I would be happy to amend my original review to say that all was not lost. I actually have another sandal, the Harmonica Waxy, from Moshulu that is comfortable. On a review for the Harmonica, a member of the public had said they returned them because they were too narrow and a member of the customer care team recommends them to buy the Bavaria Waxy! You see, I thought I would definitely be ok with Bavaria as a narrower shoe fit me fine! I did my homework and read all the blurbs about how their advice just made finding the perfect fitting shoe so much easier! I am concerned that this company might be censoring reviews and I am disappointed that other unsuspecting people, like myself, will be buying shoes based on online advice that is not fully representative of real people's experiences. Yes I have odd-shaped feet but actually, lots of people do too and we are the ones looking very carefully at online reviews trying to work out whether our feet will be happy feet or whether we are just throwing £40 down the drain!

It's the end of September now and I feel like I've broken those sandals in now. They are at last comfortable. I admit I must have odd feet. I stand by my regards that there were only 5 star reviews on their website for this sandal. I don't believe I am the only person to have found the ridge around the foot bed deeply uncomfortable, especially with the hard sell on it being comfortable for those with wide feet. They say they don't censor their reviews so I will have a look and see if they have published mine yet. If they have I won't write anything else here and you can assume they are being transparent.
