I found Morty online (of course) when reviewing best rates for a 30yr fixed. I read reviews and decided to investigate further. What I loved was the ability to play with rates / points or credits / lock period to find the best product to meet my needs. The tech is very good - the people even better. Ebony is top notch and provided white glove service. She made me feel as if I was her most important customer. Things went smooth like butter. Credit scores above 800 and I could have gone anywhere. I chose Morty!

I had an awesome experience with Morty. My loan officer (Vivek Singh) was very responsive and from day one he explained all the terms of the contract and what I should be expecting. Vivek and Keegan worked hard to make the mortgage ready by closing date, despite Thanksgiving Holidays. Their rate was also better than any other rate I could get from other lenders.
Although we had several delays in our closing due to seller's fault, thanks to Vivek and Keegan's help we could close before Christmas. They were professional, great in communication, and helpful in every aspect of the loan.

Communication was very good throughout the process. Morty got everything done on a timely basis so that all went smoothly throughout what some see as a grueling process typically. I was somewhat apprehensive working with a loan facilitator that I found on the internet, but all went well.Very professional group.

We just closed on a mortgage for purchasing a house with Morty.
To be honest I was very sceptical from the beginning as I have never heard of the company before, however, Derek was kind enough to answer all my questions in details and was very responsive in getting back to me. He gave me a deal on interest rate and loan cost that no other lender was able to beat. And at least 4-5 other lenders asked me to allow them to compete.
Tim from their team was also very helpful processing the loan. Answering all additional questions I had.
At the end I was very happy I chose Morty.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Began using their online tool to help approximate monthly payments while we were making offers on homes. Pre-qual letters were very easy to obtain and customize to each property we offered on. Ultimately once we found the home and moved in to contract, the communication from the team was excellent, and the mortgage tracker was extremely helpful to keep us up to date through the whole process. Morty was able to secure us an excellent rate and we closed in a timely manner. A great experience overall!

A smooth process from start to finish. The online tracking was helpful and always let me know what was needed from me to move things along. Communication from the representatives was timely.

Ok, I will give a solid 4 stars. 4.5 if I could. My rate was great. The early process was smooth and good. However, communication suffered some as the process moved towards closing and I needed to broker some communications between Morty and the Title Co and Agent. Too much reliance on email and other non-fast communications

In the end, everything worked out fine and there were no issues at closing.

Would I use Morty again? You bet! But I hope as they evolve, they put in better avenues of communication on the forefront of improvements needed.

I worked with Tim Martinez. He was great! Communication was super fast and responsive, he never over-committed on process but always delivered, and I ended up with a very fair deal in terms of rate and closing fees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

2. Morty got an awesome loan estimate calculator tool where you can review your review your loan interest rate and approx closing cost. This is a single tool where you can look for all options like interest for various terms, and closing dates. You can adjust your points to see better interest rates. You don't have to get on a long call with loan officer for interest rate/APR options. You can choose your best rate and then lock your rate.
3. I was working with Angela - loan officer and Jack - Closing team member. I must say that they are very professional and knowledgable. They will help answer all your questions and clarifications whenever you need to connect with them.
4. I connected with several mortgage loan company and Morty offered me the best rate.
I will definitely recommend Morty to everyone. You can try using Morty once and it will create a experience for you that you will definitely go for loan with it.

WOW! To be honest, I was skeptical in my search using an online lender! I was intrigued with their amazing rates published! The Morty team was a breathe of fresh air!
