Great process
From start to finish everything was great, especially the communication, extremely efficient, courteous and professional. Trisha was wonderful, very informative, easy to reach and accommodating. I was skeptical going in, but the KNOCK process worked for me.

The entire process was so easy
The entire process was so easy. I was able to move into my new home while getting my old home ready for sale. I don’t intend on moving again but it I do I would definitely use Knock again.

Knock for buying and selling
Knock allowed my husband and I to purchase our dream home before selling the home that we were currently living in. They provided funds from the equity of our current home and gave of 6 months after closing on our new home to sell our old home. The old home sold in less than 2 months, closing and all. The agents that I worked with were great very attentive and always available. The experience was amazing!

The process with Knock was very easy! They kept us informed and up to date. The only thing I don't like is that they dictate the selling price, but if you need the bridge, I think it's worth it. The team was fabulous, and I would use them again if needed!
