I found this company amazing. I’m self-employed and was struggling to secure a decent mortgage. I spoke with Kirsty, who reassured me she would help me get the mortgage. She was friendly, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease, as it’s a daunting process. Rachel then took over once a figure was agreed. She was very helpful, polite, and patient with me while filling out forms and gathering all the necessary documents. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable when I was unsure of what I was doing. She was always available by phone or email for any questions and coordinated with the solicitors to keep everything on track. I’d recommend this company 100%

As freelancers applying for a mortgage, the process can be daunting and stressful, but Dan, Chloe, and Rachel at New Wave were great, they guided us through the process and supported us through out the process of buying our first home.

I am a first time buyer and had worried that the mortgage process would be stressful but the team were so professional and I felt that I was in safe hands. They made the whole experience completely smooth and painless, and I was able to receive my mortgage quickly. They kept me up to date with regular emails and phone calls. If I had any queries, I felt at ease to call them and they always responded immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they delivered exactly what they said they would.

I honestly could not have expected a better service! The team at New Wave were incredible. The did everything they said they would do in exactly the time frame they said they would do it! I had an offer in principle within 48hrs of calling and a formal mortgage offer 5 days after that. They made every step of the process really easy, were completely transparent and just a pleasure to deal with. They talked me through every step and made everything smooth and painless. We had been refused mortgages because I hadn't been self employed long enough. We contacted new wave and they got straight on it, and we've just received our mortgage offer!!
Both ladies were so polite, friendly and patient, we can't not fault them what so ever!
They work on a no win no fee bases, but i tell you now they will win!
