I have dealt with the team at New Wave on multiple occasions and each time I can not fault the service that I receive. Both Debbie and Kim operate at the highest standard and are not only really professional but are very personable and they care about their clients.

Excellent service and advice!
We were told by our accountant not to go for a mortgage as our business had a rough few years but due to personal circumstances and business doing better we contacted new wave to discuss the possibility of buying a new home!
Dylan was really confident from the start of our journey and re assured us pretty quick that a mortgage was more than achievable!
We had been put forward to a broker prior to the festive break, after the break Dylan had checked with a few other lenders and found another with an even better term and reduced interest rate! We switched and saved a bit per month!
Kye was very informative through the process supporting Dylan and promptly updating us at each stage. The lender had went back and forth a few times with further questions and both pushed things for us and had the mortgage offer tied up pretty quick!!
No nonsense approach from both and confidence that is re assuring in such a big part of your life!
Will be in touch in the future should we decide to go through the same process and have already been recommending business owners friends to get in touch with the team should they need assistance!

Myself and my partner broke up after 20 years together and it has been a very tough time. I had been to so many different lenders and mortgage advisors to try and find a mortgage so I could keep my home. I had lost all hope until Dan and Kim helped make it happen. as a self employed builder and be that bit older now i was struggling to get a mortgage on my property i also had so other complications that i didn't think that could be over come but with the help of dan cosgrove who went above and beyond to help all the way and with help of da tapper and kye basi the team realy helped to get me my mortgage offer and i just could not have done it without them thanks so much

Best brokers for self-employed applicants!
As an older self-employed person, I had some doubts about my eligibility for the mortgage I wanted, but in our initial conversation Dan Cosgrove explained to me that self-employed "awkward" people like myself were in fact their speciality, and it was worth my while to put in an application. I got the funding I required in a pretty short space of time thereafter! This company definitely does what it says on the tin - they really understand the issues that self-employed applicants are likely to face. Everything was made as easy and simple as possible, and as a mortgage rookie I'd especially like to thank the aforementioned Dan Cosgrove for his patience in explaining all the little details to a layperson! Everyone who worked on my mortgage application was brilliant, the other Dan - Daniel Tapper - and Kye Basi were fantastic too, updates were frequent and reassuring throughout, really couldn't fault this company at all. 5 stars +

I couldn’t get a mortgage anywhere due…
I couldn’t get a mortgage anywhere due to being a single applicant with negative credit history, one year of accounts, self employed, income without contracts and a 10 percent deposit.
After 3 attempts with different lenders Dylan and Rachel managed a minor miracle. I have my mortgage and I’m ready to move in to our home.

Really helpful for self-employed mortgage
