The Best Mortgage Advisor. That's all I can say. As a first time buyer me and my wife doesn't know anything, we dont know where to start and how to start to buy a property. But Ronnie helped us in everything, he patiently explain to us the process and helped us in everthing we need for the mortgage application. We booked appointment with him in person so that we can ask a lot of questions about buying a house, we wanted face to face conversation becauase English is not our primary language and he patiently explained to us everthing repeatedly until we fully understand everything. Our journey of buying a home really started with Nathan at Mortgage Matters. The initial consultation with them helped us understand what we could afford and what houses we would realistically be able to search for. So even though I have already left a great review regarding liam at mortgage matters. I have to leave another review regarding the extra help received by liam. He always gives extra time to help with any queries or questions. Even after we received our mortgage offer ,he is always happy to help with ongoing queries which makes me feel alot better knowing that I've got someone who takes time and cares about any worries I may have.

Liam was super helpful and responsive from the get go. We felt like he had it all covered and went through all the costings with us at the first stages and it didn’t feel like there were any hidden charges or costs which we liked.

When I first met Rachel Haller, I was very stressed about our financial situation and the fact that we had to go through another re-mortgage. Rachel was incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to explain everything properly and clearly, always making sure I understood — especially since English is not my first language. Whenever there were terms, rules or words I didn’t understand, she explained them gently and with great patience.
