Shoddy IT system not only access UK web
Their systems always fail they are not part of the world wide Web only UK service you will default and they will blame you if you go Abroad they offer no service while you are away and no wat of repayment so you default
The review star rating seems flawed
Something wrong with the reviews on here. Quite clearly negative reviews are showing as 5-star when they are clearly not what the customer comment are stating
Another rip off pay day lender with odd, archaic, doorstop features.
Typical Payday lender with exploitative rates, but adds a twist with the bizarre doorstop aspect where every 'customer' has a handler, sorry customer agent, who contacts them for weekly (or monthly payments). I found it very odd and unprofessional when mine, without any warning during the loan setup or after, kept trying to call me (long before any payment was due) and sent me inappropriate texts with an "x" at the end.
I paid my loan off without a week or two, unlike the months they stipulate, which vastly reduced the interest I had to pay. As a result I found myself permanently blocked from almost all the features of there website! Says it all, they're only out to rip you off. Also took them a month after repaying to update my credit file.
Edit: Morses tried flagging my review as untrue to get it taken down. I just verified as a customer and now received a generic reply underneath. They have my contact details confirmed so could contact me, but they won't.

ROZ my agent I am disabled person Roz is a very patient and acceptable and kind lady to talk to and takes care and it's very polite we've made and understands and takes a time with me due to having a stroke in 2021 not many people are patient with me by can safely say Roz. Early this year I was in hospital I text her to say I was in hospital and at the kindness of our own heart she call me up to make sure I was okay and she had a good chin wag with me couldn't wish for a good agent and generally nice person it's hard meter trust people and for people to understand me but I can safely say ROZ is it really good and trustworthy person I would be greatly upset if Morse's club got rid of her because you can't find people like that who take the time of people disabilities I couldn't ask for a better person I would recommend that she gets promotion or another position as well as agent so she can train people how to deal with people that have disabilities and other medical conditions because she always spends the time with me making sure my ok or if I drop her a text she will get back to me straight away as well as being visually impaired she's very polite when I text her because sometimes my spelling can be a bit dodge and she always finds the funny side when she rings me up we have a laugh about it I couldn't recommend for a better person it's hard to find people like this but when you do they should keep them all costs because she's gives you the human touch and talks like a human not like some of the people ahead office who don't talk to you at all they just read off a script deserves a promotion and they should ask her to train other people to understand people with disabilities because she's really good at it

Morse club one worse come cross in. My area are disgusting the interest that they put on the loans due to a lot of people that are vulnerable. They don’t know that they don’t know they are disabled for. Sometimes they don’t even ask these questions disable people“ about these lines in the first place I should’ve personally feel about the Thanksgiving loans to people in your area castle vale the trouble with Morses club. I don’t think to ask before giving alarm to someone who is on these benefits, like universal credit or employment support allowance.because in that need very care given out loan people like this and people work too full time job can’t always afford pay back loans

Had many loans from morses some paid on time some not but still paid asked them for help last week got shot down by the person calling me all my loans was paid of my money as gone up I think if your voice face don't fit then you have no chance thankfully I have found a company who will help and don't charge the amount you do bye bye moses club

I can never get a loan with this company. My credit is low but I work a full time job and receive benefits. In an emergency situation today and really could do with the help but after being unexplainably turned down in the past I have anxiety about applying. However I'm seeing people with poor credit being accepted . I am really confused

The worst company rip the customers off and treat there staff like sh...on there shoes after years of working your best for them avoid at all costs
Unfit for purpose
Applied, heard nothing, used the contact form and got a call the day after. Went through history with someone. Then got a call from another person, again went through everything and provided all the required information. Hours and hours gone by and still no decision. Contacted the rep, still no decision, the process isn't fit for purpose. Have chased again and again, still nothing. Was advised to speak to Paul, left a voicemail and texted. Still nothing. What on earth is going on.

Roz for promotion!
I have use this company a couple of times now, and they have been fantastic. Really easy to use, transparent with their costs, and on a personal note, my advisor Roz has been nothing short of amazing. She's honest, she tells me what I need to and when I need to do it, she's really friendly and approachable and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else but her. I trust that she has my best interests at heart, but is professional throughout. I cant recommend this company more, and hopefully you are lucky enough to have Roz as your advisor.
Morses club can't deal with Starting Bank ????…
Applied for my eighteenth loan with this company and noticed immediately a change in the atmosphere.It took almost two weeks to get to the push the button point only to be confronted with sorry we can't deal with your Bank you will have to change to a bank we deal with. Sorry but it should be the other way round. Then we might be able to give you cash but we only visit your area once a week so that will be in seven days time. Told them to keep the loan and said I would not be back. Obviously they don't want good customers.They also said that come July no more cash loans only through bank and with them having direct access to your account.Sorry no longer interested

Loan Agent Natasha Howell is a Superstar!
The procedure is very simple, quick and transparent unlike other lending companies. Natasha Howell was my Loan Agent and was very humble, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Due to my working hours each time she called I had to reschedule it and she never missed to call me back. When I could not apply it she helped me apply and explained each thing very clearly. I believe loan agents like Natasha make lending companies like Morses a successful one. Thank you for everything Natasha!
Complete waste of my time
Complete waste of my time, I was accepted for a loan after completing the application then a very rude to the point of being offensive not to mention judgemental person who refused to give me her name called me to withdraw the offer and left me feeling humiliated and belittled!!

To say the least
To say the least, I'm a bit upset with Morse Club. When I went for my 1st loan, thinking that I wouldn't get it with being on benefits I did and was over the moon. Once I was nearly paid up on it I asked for another loan and got it. Now I'm almost paid up and was paying more than I should every month,so decided to apply for another but then was turned down and very annoyed for the fact that they knew my credit score wasn't good on my first 2 loans. Anyway once paid up,that's me,I'm afraid won't be asking again

Refuse loan
This company needs to remember the clientele that built it having been a loyal customer for many years paying thousands in interest to be told I don't earn enough to take out another loan in the years I have been with them never never missing a payment this is how you are treated very very unhappy never to be a customer again

Great company
Great company, when no one else would loan me this company did. I got the minium amount and improved my credit rating in the process enough to get me a credit card with lower rates. Make sure you can afford these rates but will work out great for you. Very easy to apply. Can't thank them enough.
I don’t recommend using Morses Club!
I don’t recommend this company. I was accepted for a Loan and everything was completed but providing my Bank Details in order to receive the money. Apparently they aren’t compatible with Online Banks. I then set up a new Bank Account in order to receive the funds, it still did not work. Huge waste of time for something that has potentially damaged my Credit Score. I need to add that the Agent I was dealing with was massively unprofessional. If you want to take out a Loan, I do not recommend using Morses Club.

Absolute waste of time got a message…
Absolute waste of time got a message from an agent to ring them back to complete my application been ringing for a day and a half now and nobody answers as far as I’m concerned they can now stick my application up their @rse because clearly they are not bothered and I’m done trying and I will be warning anybody else not to even apply with this shambles of a company
