If you want to be interrogated for a poxy few hundred quid then go ahead. Treating loyal customers like the scum of society. Somebody needs to wake them up and explain you wouldn't be going to a cowboy outfit like them with extortionate interest rates in the first place unless you had a bad credit file. Failed business model. They will not exist much longer and good riddance!!

Dont even deserve the one star
Dont even deserve the one star! The way the customer service agent treated my self is absolutely disgusting! They was asking questions about things that happened 17 years ago. They have now put me on a downward spiral, I have depression the lady then said in an abrupt way that I should have told her that I have depression. I have never felt so interrogated or made to feel the way this customer service agent has made me feel today, I understand they have to ask questions but to go that far back into my past. I will not be a returning customer some of the staff members need to be retrained in how to deal with customers in the appropriate way and not made to feel penalised and under integration.

Terrible way to treat long standing customers who have had multiple loans and paid all loans regularly on time and now they have changed how they do things ive been turned down alongside countless others from what I'm seeing in there reviews !! Well I hope u loose all your customers and the company goes bust you treat your customers like crap !!

Had a loan previously, applied for another and felt like I was being integrated. Why are you asking questions about something that is 5 years old? I never had to go through this the first time. What a waste of my time to then be turned down
Not fit for purpose any more
Applied for another loan, got turned down due to what I was told by the person who's phone number the site gave me it was "a technical glitch" and got told not to apply for another 45 days. I feel I was lied to and having to wait 45 days to reapply due to a "glitch" is downright insulting. Hoping I can find another option as this company just isn't what it used to be.

So scheme of arrangement accepted that they owe me money will get most next year as per rules — FINE!!!
However in meantime you owe me £750 which you will pay within 30 days and 30 days nearly up and STILL NOTHING.
You are determined to make people wait the whole 30 days despite it being my money and the fact people are struggling as it is, just goes to show what a company you really are, you prey on the poor in every way possible and treat them like this personally I am glad you refused me despite being a very good and loyal customer the sooner you go out of business the better as the way you actually treat your customers is frankly APPALLING

Wish i could put a minus disgusting company been declined for over 2 years straight always the same excuse that its the financial bit but i have more than enough to cover the weekly payments this is a lie i know the real reason is because im a single person living on my own i was told this by an advisor that deals with a family member and its always the same crap excuse stay well away from this scam company they wont give you anything other than lies and excuses and the customer service is completely useless as they are all incapable of doing their jobs properly dont bother wasting your time on this awful company the best thing for them is to be shut down for good nothing but liars

BUT THEY STILL CREDIT SEARCH YOU REGULAR, there are other companies around who will help you and treat you with far more credit than these people,

since morses have changed the portal to filling out the loan yourself myself and husband has not been accepted. We are very loyal customers that have always paid on time and have had numerous amount of loans. At this rate you will loose good customers and gain wrong ones. Very bad decision and we are not impressed.

PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Bunch of Cowboys! Customer service sucks! They don't even understand their own processes. I paid of two loans early tried to get another small loan sometime thereafter. It was approved then they said no we have a new system you cant have it now. Wasted my time for 2 weeks and I have been waiting a month for my complaint to be resolved. They should be closed down for incompetence and extortinate interest rates.

Applied for a second loan, for some reason my rep sent it away to be authorised and the guy called back to not only chastise me for my credit score which was no different to when I took the first loan out but wanted me to justify paying the loan off early. He seemed to enjoy taking me through all this only to say no

We have been using morses for years and haven't really had any problems apart from the app not working alot of the time. I preferred it when they came out to get the payments. Now it's mostly online and glitches alot. Nice people tho.

This company hounds you for 50 pound owing so glad to finally pay it off I went through a difficult time my brother just past away.. Plus cost of living i struggled for abit. wmy loan was 750 paid most off and only owed 50 pound constant phone calls even ringing private when I was going through quite abit my daughter came I'll was back and fourth hospital and just got hounded... Recently had to make a complaint to Morses about several mistakes that were made by Morses Club, the way the complaint has been handled has been very , very poor. Didn't even acknowledge the main reason for my complaint , just tried to brush it off but yet the mistakes made were by Morses , no-one else.
Very disappointed in the service recieved. I guess it's only when there is a problem you find out what a company is really like.
Thankfully i have the option to raise this with the Financial Ombudsman which i definitely will be doing , can't let a mistake like this pass without Morses taking accountability.
If you can avoid using Morses Club , you should try at all costs to avoid them.
