The price was great. Delivery was super quick. I had it for a few days. I had one little issue with the brush on the roller. I contacted them. I just needed the part to fix it. They're sending me a whole new vacuum. I've had a wonderful experience. I will order again and I highly recommend them to you.

I had a issue with the product and Caitlyn was great. She was courteous and professional and was quick to fix it.

I contacted customer service at Hammacher Schlemmer when the stick vacuum cleaner I received fell apart resulting in several parts falling to the floor. This caused the latch on the dirt/dust canister to break making the vacuum unusable. Luckily, the customer service member who responded was Caitlin. She requested a couple of pictures of the vacuum and its parts that came in the box. The turnaround for the replacement of the vacuum was done so promptly that I was amazed. Problem solved!! I purchased a breadmaker and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer service, and sent photos of the damaged box & damage to the appliance. Unfortunately it was no longer available for replacement, but Jessica was very helpful in getting me some credit for a future purchase.

First order from them was just awesome! On the second, however, the wrong item was sent to me, but Jessica was very quick to send me a refund. Will be using your company again in the future! Thank you!!!!

I have been purchasing from MorningSave for a long time now. I have never had any issues with any of my purchases. Although with my last purchase I did have an issue, however, I am very pleased to see that MorningSave resolved my issue in a very timely manner. Morning Save has the worst support. If you have a problem you have to email them and explain your issue. When they respond they just send your complaint back to you with NO SOLUTION. I have decided not to buy another thing from them.

I have ordered from MorningSave before and have had no problems with the items I received. Unfortunately, this time, the misting fan I ordered was not working properly. I submitted a request for a return. Jessica from Mercatalyst was the representative I was assigned. She couldn't have been more helpful. My problem was solved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to order from this site again.
