There was no problem working with Caitlin. She was wonderful.

I am very pleased with the customer service, especially Caitlin in particular who made sure that my lost order was safely delivered to me.

Samantha provided outstanding support from start to finish. From our first communication, her responses were consistently quick and clear. She walked me through a possible way to resolve my issue and when that didn’t work, she promptly informed me that my refund request would be granted. The timely communication and efficient resolution I experienced with Samantha are exactly why I would return as a customer.

I had an amazing contact with customer service there. Caitlin, my contact was amazing. All I did was send an email to a general email I was sent about deals, and immediately mailed me back, after I told her I was dissatisfied with a a aproduct I believed defective or broken in shipping because delivery men drop them over the wall, a drop of 4ft at least because the wall is high.could be anything but they were amazing absolutely amazing, not only did this beautiful lady refund all my money, she returned my money as fast as they took it. Immediately. It was great so kind respectful. You can trust the stuff they sell because I know they stand by it. All the while knowing it probably wasn't their fault. Thank you again Caitlin at morning save !! another pet peeve is they take it in a minute but takes 5 days to return? She gave it back as fast as they TOOK IT. That in itself I found amazing!

This is the first time I've had an issue with an item from Stores.com. I sent a message through the website, and my message was answered promptly. I was first pleased with the timeliness of Jessica's reply. She was polite and professional and very eager to help me happily resolve my issue. We went back and forth with emails for a bit, but only because I kept asking questions, which she professionally answered each time. Bottomline is that she helped to resolve my issue and I'm very pleased with the results.

It accidentally charged me twice and was sending me 2 purses. Jessica took care of it very quick and efficient.

I have made many purchases with morningsave for several years. I was always pleased with their service until my most recent purchase. It was supposed to be for a 2 pack of cup massagers. But when I received the order there was only one rather than two. I contacted support and Jessica came through for me and sent the second cup massagers. My continued faith in morningsave restored! Not only they charge you for shipping you gotta pay your own return shipping and then you do not get your money back. You get credit. And then to spend your credit you gotta pay for the shipping will never order anything again from this company.

I had an issue with Side Deal.com, however Caitlin and I worked through it and as a result all the issues were resolved and I am very happy going forward.
Caitlin dug deep into the issues and came out a winner …. Her professionallism, honesty and work ethic speak volumes of her character.

There was a problem with an incorrect tracking number. The system indicated that my order was delivered 6 weeks before it was ordered.


This is a long overdue review of the excellent customer service I received from Samantha (Mercatalyst) with MorningSave. I was concerned with having my credit card stored on the site. Samantha took care of my concern. I still didn’t feel comfortable and emailed additional times with the concern. Even though she had already completed my request, she still took time to explain agian so I would be comfortable. Samantha exercised great patience and customer service. Carmen

I purchased a 2 pack Mission Personal Instant Air Cooler. MorningSave sent the coolers. One of them has visible signs of previous use. It is Dirty and the rubber on the cooler is Sticky/Tacky. I was told that I have to pay for the return of the product
$18-$22 will be the shipping cost. I checked with 2 shippers. I was also told they would issue Store Credit. I believe this to be unfair, being that I may not want to deal with Morning Save agin. I definitely would not want a Cooler that someone else has Used, Blowing in My Face. Also it sounds like a hand held blow dryer. I wanted to use it on my bedroom side table. Either way I Loose.
I sent Morning Save a video of what the 2 Coolers look like. They are able to see the difference and the Dirt between the 2 Air Coolers. They never responded to the video. Maybe I should Post the Video so that they can View it better, I’m not sure.
