Package came on time, but product was not great quality

Great backpack, especially for the price. Not the best quality materials, made in china, but certainly worth it for what you pay, incredible value. Lots of compartments for organizing, good space and very comfortable to wear. Looks great too! Love the waxed cotton

Great Experience - shipping speeds were good and I ordered the mochilas school backpack and the basic school backpack. Both great quality and have lasted well so far - just over a month of solid use from my kids at school and still look great. All in all thumbs up from me!

I highly recommend not buying anything from this shop. I bought a vegan leather backpack and it’s horrendous quality. It was $65- and the straps started ripping within a few days, the inside lining and pocket is cheap plastic and the stitching is poorly done. The bag is nothing like the photo. So disappointed. I was offered a partial refund or a new bag, and now after a few emails they’re not responding.
Do not buy from this company, absolute scam.

Very high quality item, I love this backpack so much I had one until it fell apart and this was its replacement. The colour is perfect for summer.

This backpack purse is the perfect size. It's big enough to carry all of the necessities, including a lightweight sweater, without being bulky. Easy to organize with many pockets inside and out. The faux leather looks great and the rain rolls right off. I docked it one star because the snap underneath the main flap that secures the bag closed fell off the first time I opened it (literally). This now puts more tension on the outside clasp, which already has a history of being the weak point on this bag according to other reviews I've read.

The bag was delivered on schedule which is nice. The quality is good and it was easy to order. Could have been better if the bag was shipped earlier.

I ordered a weekender. Articel description was that the handels are made out of REAL LEATHER HANDLES. When I received the weekender it was a very low no quality product WITHOUT real leather handles. I sent the bag to MY COSTS back and I NEVER get a refund! The worst company ever! DO NOT BUY, I would love to quite this chapter and I am happy when I help somebody to avoid this mistake to buy from this company.

The bags we ordered were lovely and I was hopeful that they would be nice and waterproof and last a school year. Unfortunately after about 6 weeks of my daughter using it for secondary school, the stitching at the top of bag came apart and one of the straps came apart.
Luckily I had bought myself one and hadn’t yet used it. Unfortunately that one also fell apart with the stitching on the handle at the top of the bag and the plastic buckle broke on the strap leaving the bag useless to carry on both shoulders! I did get a full refund for both bags after contacting the company and sending pictures of the bags.
Would not buy from them again!

The quality of the back is poor. I am thinking about buying another bag for this one is starting to fall apart after only a few months of use.

Never sent the item and then totally stopped responding to me. Definitely seems like some sort of scam.

Love the bags. Ordered one for our hiking day trips, loved it so much I ordered 3 more for family members. One was out of stock, when I contacted CS I got very fast response and a refund for the out of stock bag. I will definitely order from here again.
