Great Casino but there are issues..
The slotplay itself is not bad. My big issue is the VIP system. I did a VIP transfer, and i was given silver, and was at 22% towards gold, cool. But I spin $1000s (winning and losing) and i'm only at 23% after weeks. Today alone, I spun over $5000 and still 23%? I go to the live chat, and it's useless. They said "Please play in SC mode, you have no restrictions on your account." I do genuinely like the casino, it does lack some games but has plenty of great ones and the best withdrawing I've dealt with. But something the VIP is really throwing me off. The live chat is extremely slow in replying and will just leave you on read.
Edit: Emailed support (like mentioned in their response) And few days later, was upgraded to the next rank and feel satisfied.

Moozi is now robbing players
Moozi is now robbing players. My VIP tier was erased for ZERO reason. They just completely reset my VIP tier to zero and then the support is a complete joke at this casino.
There is no reason at all to recommend this pathetic casino. They cheat and lie to their customers. Yesterday I go from getting $1 daily login credits to today they reset it to $0.10 daily logins credits and they state its normal.
I will never deposit a single penny into this trash casino.

0 stars dont even deserve 1 this casino trash!! I tried many many many many times for nearly the 2 yrs I registered here never won at all! I never won anything the slots super tight. I cant even play a little while whatever amount of packages I purchse I just lose it and cant win enough to go beyond the amount purchased. Example is i purchase a 5 dollars package i never win enough to go over $5 dollars if I purchase $20 package ill never see my balance go over that as soon as I deposit money disappeared faster than it appeared getting it deposited into my account. ALL THEY SLOTS HAVE DEAD SPINS. Moozi started off great with free sc on signup and instant redemptions BUT their VIP Transfer Program is a joke!
I have been waiting almost an entire WEEK for their support team to review and accept my vip transfer. I submitted every document they asked for and yet i still am being told lies and excuses for why my vip transfer request is still in review status——- in comparison, two other sweeps sites only took a few HOURS to transfer my vip status. Moozi has been pending my transfer for a WEEK, unacceptable!
*UPDATE*
My VIP transfer was denied and i was not given any reason whatsoever as to why!!!! I will never spend another penny w these lying frauds ever again!
