I contacted Moozi again and reached another representative named Meghan. What a difference it made to have someone actually listen. Meghan took the time to carefully review my screenshot and recognized that the amount being displayed to me was different from what was actually available in the game. That was the discrepancy I had been trying to explain from the beginning. She investigated it, corrected the issue, and credited the $20 back to my account. And honestly? Getting the $20 back wasn't even the most important part. Being listened to and taken seriously was.
My first interaction absolutely should have been handled differently, and I stand by that. But I also believe that if I'm going to publicly criticize a company when something is handled badly, I should be just as willing to publicly acknowledge when they make it right.
So, Meghan, THANK YOU. Thank you for actually looking at my screenshot, listening to what I was telling you, investigating the discrepancy, and fixing it instead of dismissing it. You restored the trust I had lost in Moozi, and because of how you handled this, I am no longer requesting that my account be closed.
And PLAYERS, one piece of advice from this experience:
⭐️Screenshot your balances.
⭐️Screenshot your wager amounts.
⭐️Screenshot anything that doesn't look right.
‼️KEEP RECORDS ‼️
Because in my case, that screenshot mattered.
Moozi ultimately made this right, and I sincerely appreciate that.

🚫 UPDATE ➡️ 8/15/2026➡️ I WAS EXCITED ABOUT MOOZI. THEN THIS HAPPENED. 🚫
I genuinely hated having to write this because I was SO excited when I found Moozi.
Six days ago, the first time I played, I won $1,300. Since then, I've played regularly, deposited $3,000+, and aside from that initial win, have won about another $400.
Before anyone says it: this was NEVER about losing money. I understand gambling and house advantage.
This was about an $18 discrepancy and how my initial complaint was handled.
I deposited $20 and about three minutes later opened a Mascot Gaming game I'd never played before. It initially displayed a $1 wager, but because the game was new to me, I deliberately changed it to $0.20. TWENTY CENTS.
After what I believed was a $0.20 spin, my balance suddenly showed $2.22. I could still see $0.20 displayed as my wager before the game refreshed and kicked me back to the Gold Coins/Sweepstakes Coins screen.
I immediately contacted live chat and provided screenshots. I was told I had placed a $20 wager on ONE SPIN and “won” $2.
That made absolutely no sense based on my playing history. I don't make $20 spins. I don't even make $5 spins, and I have never intentionally wagered more than $3 on a single spin.
I asked the representative to LOOK AT MY PLAY HISTORY. If they could see it, show me another $20 spin. Show me another $10 spin. Show me anything suggesting I would deposit $20 and, within minutes, intentionally put the ENTIRE DEPOSIT on one spin of a game I'd never played before.
Most importantly, I asked them to show me the transaction record supporting the $20 wager.
Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do because their system showed I made the wager. Then, before I could even respond, I received: "Thank you for understanding.”
No. I didn't understand.I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for a gambling loss. I was disputing a transaction because the amount deducted did not match what was displayed to me on-screen.
An $18 discrepancy should have been easy to investigate—especially after I'd deposited $3,000+ in a week. I wanted someone to look at the evidence instead of simply telling me their system was right.
And thankfully, someone finally did.

Moozi didn’t like a bad review I gave them in a blog , so when I sign in and click on any game it says ERROR you are not authorized to play these games! I’ve asked 10 times now to let me withdraw my $46 if I can’t play anything and they tell me my account is under review…… It started when I got a response and noticed the time stamp was like 5 hrs ahead of me and I’m on east coast. I asked where they located they gave me a bogus address in Maryland that I looked up and found out that was a lie! After much research I found out they located in Ghana. So be very careful cause they obviously rig these games and completely lie about their location

Great service. Very responsive. They take security very seriously which makes me feel safer. Plenty of gold coin packages available for all budgets. Game selection and associated tournaments are a nice touch. Not many sweeps sites do this.

I’ve played Moozi daily since December 31, 2024. When I first signed up, I won about $200 from the small signup bonus, and the redemption went straight into my bank account almost instantly. That made a strong positive first impression.
For more than a year after that, I had a good experience overall. I won amounts such as $4,500 on slots at times and generally came out ahead or close to even.
More recently the results changed. Wins became much less frequent even with the freeplay I received as a VIP player. I was also recently denied additional freeplay despite a poor overall win/loss record. In my personal experience the games no longer feel as favorable as they did in the beginning.
I still appreciate the entertainment the site has provided, and the redemptions have always been legitimate. If your main goal is consistent winning, though, traditional casinos may be a more reliable option.
This is based solely on my own play history. Others may have different results.
