I ordered a loose lab grown diamond recently from Moon Ocean with no problems. I mostly dealt with a lady named Viktoria who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed the diamond by a certain date and it was delivered as promised. I'm very happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

A beautiful diamond ring and excellent customer service from Viktoria. Nothing was too much trouble for her sourcing my perfect stone and the setting is breathtaking. tried to get a diamond on a coupe of occasions, was asking the normal questions and get info then they just stopped replying. Terrible customer service I would not recommend.

They only have a mobile number and it rings to someone who i think is outside of the country... i would be very very sus of ordering from them

I placed an order with this company over a month ago. I hadn't heard anything about my order for over three weeks, so I decided to message the company to see if there was a problem with the order. After I received no answer from them, I called them on their phone number... which is a mobile number, no landline seems sketchy to me, but anyway, there was no answer. When I eventually got hold of them, the person who answered the phone coincidentally told me that they were just now in the middle of sending me an email to explain that the diamond I had selected had a flaw. They were going to send me suggestions for a replacement. After selecting a replacement, I still haven't received anything from them. I have sent them emails and tried to contact them by phone since, but I have had no reply or answer to my attempts at contact. this company may have good prices on their website but what good is a low price when you never receive the product... either this company is a scam or they have the worst customer service known to man with highly incompetent staff who are seemingly unable to answer a phone call reply to an email or do anything at all related to their so called job. will never use this company again if they are are a genuine business they are an awful one and deserve to be shut down but in all likely hood i wouldn't be surprised if its a complete scam. if you're considering ordering from here... DON'T!
