False report promise and no consumer accountability
I completed a quiz with a promise of a report upon completion. Then to get the report you have to pay and sign up.. then no report. The report was a false promise. Then when asked for a refund they said their app (which is not an app) worked perfectly therefore there was no issue to refund for. Absolutely scammy site. Very disappointed.

DO NOT USE. This is a SCAM. They take your money for 1-1 coaching and subscription after a free trial when you haven't signed up for any of it - it's cost me nearly £200 over the last two months before I realised, for something I have never used.

A Paid App That Offers Nothing You Can’t Get From Any Free AI
Moongrade presents itself as an AI‑powered tool that uses your birth data to generate personal insights. While this concept can be interesting, the app simply doesn’t deliver value for the price it charges. The so‑called “mediums” featured in the app are not real; all content is produced by AI bots, which makes the platform feel misleading rather than intuitive or spiritual.
Because Moongrade is a paid app offering only AI‑generated readings, it becomes hard to justify the cost. You can ask any AI tool the same questions and receive nearly identical answers — without paying a subscription fee.
In short: Moongrade may look appealing, but it’s ultimately not worth the money.

Disgusting customer service, I have been charged for services that I cancelled and had confirmation of cancellation.
They are now not responding to emails after they said I am unable to get a refund.
