We’re loving this music service
We’re loving this music service. Unfortunately, in Portugal the fees for small businesses are quite high, and when you add the licenses required to play music in a small 50m² space, it becomes even more expensive because we have to pay for two separate licenses — one for composers/authors and another for recordings/performers — on top of the bureaucracy, lack of clear information, and limited support for small business owners.
With this service, we’re able to create a pleasant musical atmosphere without the complications.

Took another month's subscription without permission.
The music isn't bad but we needed different music in 3 locations but in the same property. Salon Music, Spa Music then music in the Barbers. Anyway, you need 3 subscriptions which, makes it more expensive than a PRL/PRS licence and Spotify Subscription!! I was glad I'd only paid for a 1 month subscription and I also told them on a live chat that I wouldn't be continuing with any subscription for this reason, but to my annoyance they still took £25 out our account the following month using the debit card we signed had previously paid with. No joy in getting a refund off them either so going to dispute with the bank.

When you add and save your card details in the application, you agree to the use of the card for subscription payments. Without this agreement, it would not be possible to process recurring payments. The subscription was activated directly inside the app, and the card could also be removed and the subscription canceled at any time from within the application before the next billing cycle.
At the same time, despite the active subscription terms, our company still went the extra mile and issued you a refund as a gesture of goodwill.

J’utilise cette application depuis quelques mois, c’est vraiment génial, mes clients, l’apprécient, en plus un titre et la musique sont libres de droit. Cela m’évite de payer les droits de Sacem qui sont très élevés. Je remercie aussi. Anastasia qui est toujours à l’écoute et très réactif. Merci à toute l’équipe
