Poor Recruitment and you never hear back even after a senior position application and meeting. I think it's like most young market brands, get rich quick and live the insta life. Really poor as I was hoping to lead the brand to new heights with my experience.

First time buying a gift set of the mini perfumes/atomiser and oils from Sham at the derby concession and I had the best experience! She really catered to my tastes and knew exactly what scents best suited me, love the oils too and how to make the smell more long lasting ! She was so lovely and I can’t wait to come back and get some more goodies soon! Thanks again

I bought it in Westfield of White City right next to Zara. The service is fab and a very friendly sales technician. He has a little very smile. Do professional.

Bianca at the Brent Cross branch was very very helpful and quite frankly I only made a purchase because of her customer service. Her manager on the other hand was very unprofessional as even though Bianca closed the deal her manager felt entitled to and done so very disrespectfully

Great perfumes! I got so many compliments as the Mostofa said! I was wearing blonde maracuja during a party everybody turned their head. I told everyone what I was weaning they will surely visit Battersea. I better get some discounts next time! I will be back for the dubai one white musk or something!

I am a fan of there products. The smells alone are enticing, but what really sets them apart is how alluring it is and how well it lasts on the skin. It’s a great scent but not overwhelmingly strong. Dare say, addicting.

I first discovered Mood London in the st David’s shopping centre in Cardiff and since then I’m hooked. By far the best and longest lasting fragrances I’ve ever used. White oud is my favourite but I’m yet to use one I don’t love
