MOOD perfumes and scent is a whole mood. I love the Rhubarb and Cognac. I visited the Birmingham store on 27/06/2026 and Fizzah was the best attendant. She was supportive and had great customer experience. She recommended new scents like Turkish Rose. Thank you Fizzah.

In Leicester opposite JD, Dan and aamirah did an excellent job of directing me towards which aftershave I needed - thank you guys!

Rip-off company — avoid Mood London dartford.
I was sold a combo package and was told I could get refills whenever I wanted. However, when I returned for a refill, I was told they couldn't find my details on their system and that I would need to purchase another package.
This was extremely disappointing and feels misleading. Based on my experience, I won't be buying from them again.

Blonde maracuja is quite possibly the best smell I have ever smelt, everybody compliments me and asks what I am wearing, the smell lasts for weeks!!! CAnt wait to get some more!

I bought Raspberry Oud and truthfully speaking you can not smell it at all it wheres off, instead i smell a chemical substance of paraffin diesel in the fragrance when i spray on my wrist shoulders, they do not state ingredients on there website, only the notes. I highly recommend to visit a counter & spray on yourself before buying it. I did a mistake ordering online. Its not worth the money £150 for a fancy box, your better of buying other brands cheap that last and make you smell good. Always test.

I give u some advice dont buy from them there will rip u off and the Black Diffuser there charge u £65 for it then it will stop working and u get in touch with them wont replace it so be carefully with these people and thers open a shop in swansea so be carefull dont waste your money

Dan at West Quay was excellent. He was a great salesman and was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He even went out of his way to have a chat after his shift to provide more information about the product - top customer service.

Ordered a bottle of raspberry oud online when delivery turned up box was damaged opened it up to find dent in lid and bottle broken at the neck all perfume had leaked into the box, returned to mood and once they looked at it they told me that I had dropped it and they will not replace or refund the 150 pound spent but they are happy to send back the broken bottle I’m disgusted and disappointed and will be taking this further

Item turned up broken they refused to give me a replacement and then had the cheek to ask if I wanted the empty bottle back please avoid this company they send you smashed items and just take your money I had to do a charge back through my bank I won’t ever shop with them again

I was at Westfield Shepherds Bush and got advice from Nancy. And what can I say: she definitely has a knack for fragrances!

She took an incredible amount of time to select the perfect scents for my husband, for me, and even for our home. The consultation was super friendly, relaxed, and just really pleasant.

Now not only do we smell fantastic, but our home does too. Thank you so much, Nancy, I’ll definitely be back!

Recently visited the st James quarter and went to the mood London kiosk where me and my friends were served by rushmail and she gave me and my friends great customer service and was very helpful and gave me excellent recommendations to match the mood I wanted.

I had a great customer experience being served by Daniel in Southampton today. He was very friendly and accommodating and he has a great smile! I smell amazing :) Thank you

I cannot fault Mood London at all… their staff at the Southampton stall are an amazing bunch of people in particular Dan who was on hand to help me decide on the ideal fragrance for me , he was extremely polite , attentive and willing to answer all questions and his recommendations were perfect! I’ve had mood London before and had their Raspberry Oud but his recommendation of Blonde Maracujá has outshone that!

Highly recommended this company and all their fragrances… I can’t wait to be getting my next bottle (or 2)

We were in the Bullring and my husband decided to have a browse. Rahul was fantastic, his knowledge is exceptional, encouraging a good amount of smells and made some great recommendations. He will be an asset to your company and will go far.
