Customer service could not fault, had an issue with delivered goods , customer service offered several options and no issue with any of them, mutually decided on a suitable resolution which was successfully executed...couldn't fault

DO NOT purchase from this supplier. They are hopeless. I purchased a table on Amazon Prime for next day delivery. Monster Group were the supplier and took my money. They didn’t deliver the table and customer service refused to respond to my enquiries. This company cannot be trusted and should be banned from Amazon.

Left a similar 1 star review on MonsterShop. Ordered composite decking and almost 3 weeks later not delivered. They stated that they would not give a refund until logistics company returned the shipment. Have spoken to the Logistics company who have no record of a shipment to be delivered to me.
I wish I had looked up reviews on both companies before I bought from them.

I ordered a rotary lawn seed spreader from monster group on 14th May which was to be delivered the next day. It didn’t arrive but the following day DPD came with a Kukoo Mini Tandor oven which we didn’t order. I contacted “Monster” and got an automated message from their “super efficient customer service team” (their words not mine)that they would be in touch! 6 days later they made contact! Still no lawn spreader! My neighbour on return from holiday came round with it as it had been dumped in her porch even though we were in on the delivery date and we don’t instruct delivery to neighbours anyway!
I was asked to post the oven back to them but the prepaid label email meant I had to print it when I don’t have a printer.The drop off points listed don’t print either so I spent 2 hrs looking for one that did. I should have taken the item to the tip or sold it on eBay but being honest I don’t do such things. No apology from “Monsters” (appropriate name I think)for the inconvenience or offer of compensation.They haven’t a clue about customer service! DONT USE THEM!!!!!
Beware of Monstergroup UK
Ordered a set of staff lockers and two sets of racking.
FedEx driver delivered only one set of racking along with the lockers saying the other racking must be on another delivery vehicle. I have bought from Monster Group before so never thought to open the packages before signing FedEx to check for damage. Big mistake, the Lockers were badly damaged and we still dont have the second set of racking. Monster Group customer service are shocking and will not sort this problem out. Once they have been paid they dont care and so now I am seeking Visa to get my money back. L
Two lessons to be learned, firstly ignore pressure from couriers and check all incoming packages for damage before signing, second always check Trustpilot before ordering online as its clear what Monster Group think about customer service. Reviews dont lie!

Delivered by UPS with the driver demanding the import duty, driver very rude and said do you want it or not… no no no so he dumped it back on the truck and left.
Phoned Monster who said they would pay the duty and have it redelivered.
Next day half the greenhouse was delivered by a very rude UPS driver.
Phoned Monster who said UPS had lost the other half of the greenhouse and they would collect the other half and give a refund as they had no more stock.
Next day DHL collect the item for return.
Few days later UPS delivered the lost half, just dumped outside my door by a very rude driver.
Phoned Monster who then arranged DHL to collect it.
Two weeks later had a demand letter from UPS to pay the import duty.
Phoned Monster who said just ignore it will go away.
To be honest you couldn’t make it up, just a comedy act.
Now all I get is spam emails and texts from UPS, this could only happen because my information is on their file from Monster.
Just read all the reviews and make your own mind up if you want a bad experience.
p.s. got a refund from Amazon within minutes of complaint.

Totally untrust worthy company they deliverd me a workshop bench with was badly damaged i took pictures of this and they said they send me a new one after they received the old one 3 weeks on keep claiming DHL ARE ARRIVING TO COLLECT VIA TXT AND NO SHOW AT ALL TOSSERS THE LOT OF THEM COMPANY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO TRADE AND STANDERDS

Purchased garden furniture, but the quality of the goods were very poor, paper thin, not at all what it looked like in the pictures.
Had to ring to organise a return.
Booked a day off work to accommodate this to be told that DHL have been to my property for collection but no one was home, which is utter lies!!!
I have sent evidence via my ring door bell that no one has been here.
Currently have 4 very large boxes containing their rubbish furniture taking over my hall way, and will need to take another day off work for it to be collected! To be told lies again no doubt!
Avoid this company at all costs! It really isn’t worth the hassle for cheap bad quality products!!

bought hot tub cover 4 months ago & lid is already pooling with water. Asked for replacement which they are unwilling to provide. They offered refund but only when they receive cover back at their warehouse.Ive explained countless times this means the hot tub will be left open to the elements until I source another lid & will have to pay for a 2nd one until they provide refund!
I've asked several times just to swap it for a replacement but they are refusing to do so!

Ordered radiator cover from pigsback through this company. Worse quality ever. The finish on it was horrendous , the top paint work is bumpy and looks like it was 10 years old. Totally disgusted as cost in total €80. Could have gotten one similar in a shop of higher quality at €100. Don’t use this company!

I ordered a product from BV Monster Group via Pigsback. I never received it although a received an email saying it was shipped. When I contacted them they said it had been delivered and signed for by someone called “Dan.” They asked how I wanted to proceed to which I replied I wanted my product. They then answered saying it had been delivered to “Dan,” and refused to engage further. I paid €149 and then an extra €20 for delivery and received nothing. Their customer service and service in general is atrocious.
Opbergrek nooit ontvangen en geld kwijt!!
Heb een opbergrek besteld op 30/10/2023 en dit is bij levering beschadigd door de chauffeur bij het uitladen. Het wordt direct terug meegenomen/geretourneerd. Ze stellen dan voor om een nieuw rek op te sturen of mijn geld terug over te schrijven. Maar dan begint de ellende pas echt! Ondertussen zijn we drie weken later en nog geen geld of opbergrek. Van Monstergroup/monstershop geen reactie meer ondanks talrijke mails van mijn kant. Ik wil via deze weg iedereen waarschuwen, dit zijn echte oplichters!!!
Item mislaid
Bought a workbench. No sign of it on the due date. Emailed the Co who responded immediately to say that it appeared to have been lost in transit. Offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement which arrived two days later. Its unfortunate that the original was mislaid but the speed with which the problem was resolved was brilliant. Full credit to their customer service team.

Called these and was told they had my cabinet in stock and would be delivered tmw. No delivery and when I called they again said it was in their warehouse, now today they say they don’t have the stock and will now take another 10 days.
They take weeks to refund you as well.
Advise you use another company.

gazon wals besteld en betaald 268 euro bestelling zou de andere dag verzonden worden, na 7 dagen nog geenwals, op hun website staat dat het in behandeling is. telefoonnummers zijn niet bereikbaar, op contact formulier wordt niet gereageerd. ik denk dat ik mijn euros kwijt ben, wat een waardeloze webwinkel, voor mij oplichters.

Product good quality BUT flat-packed booklet how to assemble must have been written with no knowledge?? Didn't list all the parts and assembly details non sensible. Rung up and was sent same rubbish again. Delivery over a week no free mallets sent. Hard work to assemble on own but got there eventually. Need to sort these issues afraid won't buy from you again.

I purchased a stainless steel kitchen sink from Monster mechanics through Ebay in June 2022 had it fitted in July 2022 which is only 4 months maximum and it has started to go rusty , I contact Monster through Ebay and there reply is that it is not covered by there guarantee as it is not an electrical item . how can stainless steel start to go rusty after less than 4 months of use . My advise is DO NOT BUY A STAINLESS STEEL SINK FROM MONSTER THEY ARE RUBBISH
