Ordered a breast pump which they made out was made in Europe but in fact a low quality product shipped from China. Tried to return but would only get 5% refund which shows what a con this company are. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute con site. They hack other review sites. Tried to cancel within a couple of hours as I realised what an idiot I had been - but of course no luck. Just don’t buy anything from them

supposed reviews stated that an electric shaver was excellent - on receipt used it 2-3 times and it gave a poor shave. Tried to return it for credit but was told that as I'd used it I could not send it back. How am I to decide if it gives a good shave without using it? Avoid this firm and it's products

I recently purchased the monovon 3 head electric razor.
I was immediately concerned about the quality and the speed of the rotary blades. After several shaves where the razor caught and cut my skin I wrote to the company and included a video.
After asking for a refund Monovon suggested this was how the razor performed and there was nothing wrong with it. No mention of a refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Avoid!

Confirmo como otros comentarios que esta empresa es una estafa. Pedí (en uno de esos días en que está uno con la guardia baja) un micrófono, en base a un análisis de "los mejores 5 micrófonos " que aparecía en una web extrañamente de temas culinarios (1); cuando me dí cuenta de la estafa unas horas después, me puse en contacto con Monovon para intentar anular el pedido pero me dijeron que ya no se podía anular porque ya había sido enviado Cuando recibí el artículo comprobé la marca que por supuesto no es Monovon y lo encontré en Alibaba con un precio al por mayor de menos de la cuarta parte de lo que me habían cobrado a mí. Me puse en contacto con ellos para devolver el artículo pero me decían que ellos no se responsabilizaban si se perdía, que me devolverían un 15% menos y tendría además que pagar a saber cuantos derechos de aduana y que no suministraban ningún documento de devolución. Total que he decidido quedármelo ante el riesgo de quedarme sin micrófono y sin reembolso, aunque les dije todo tipo de lindezas sobre sus métodos fraudulentos de venta.
Tal y como ha referido alguien más en comentarios sobre esta empresa se dedican a vender productos que compran al por mayor en Alibaba o similar, le ponen nombre de su empresa (microfono Monovon, afeitadora Monovon.....) y lo venden por 3-4 veces el valor de compra engañando a la gente con analisis falsos publicados en webs por "expertos" inventados. No entiendo cómo es posible que las autoridades permitan la existencia de estas empresas que se dedican a estafar y robar impunemente durante años.
(1) El análisis que me hizo "picar" fué el que aparece aún hoy en una web (no permiten poner enlaces en Trustpilot) que repito es de temas culinarios (!?) se puede ver buscando en Google el texto "los cinco mejores microfonos 2025 por Michael Mitchel" el que yo compré está en el número uno comparandolo con marcas prestigiosas como Shure y Rode y dicen de Monovon que es una marca Islandesa. El tal Michael Mitchel es por supuesto inventado como las caracteristicas del micrófono que aparecen en el análisis.

Tried to cancel an hour after purchase - not possible, already dispatched. £89 original cost of product and £30 to refuse delivery and probably similar to return if I sent it back to China - even though they claim Icelandic origin for the product. Scammers with connections to fake review sites. Do not shop with them

Ordered a leaf blower which was supposed to have a powerful action. It was advertised as a European site. However money was to be sent to Hong Kong.After reading reviews realised that it was a scam emailed within 8 hrs to cancel order, refused on grounds that it had already been shipped. Notified bank who advised to wait for delivery before they take action. It was delivered and does work but not tested on leaves. I am worried about safety issues particularly the lithium battery. I won’t return it as their returns policy demands that purchaser pays the cost. There are no addresses and only contact is via e mail. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE AND USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Ordered the razor and extra blades the razor come after three weeks of my trying to contact them, there excuse all the European outlets have sold out and mine is coming from china . Upon opening the razor was sealed and there was no spare blades in the packaging . So I contacted then a told them … they wanted a video of the packaging which I had already thrown out as it took a week for there reply. What a video would prove is beyond me .. they are useless no refund for the blade and no apology so avoid them at all cost

Over charged, same product widely available for less on other websites. Buying from Ireland you get directed to UK site and end up paying in Sterling and the extra exchange rate. They do not say it is shipped from China, it took 3 weeks to arrive, crazy.
So if you want to pay over the market value and wait weeks for your delivery....

La página no te permite cancelar el pedido, hay que enviar un email y da igual que lo acabes de comprar y quieras anularlo al momento te cobran un 15% sobre el importe pagado . Te reembolsan el dinero descontado ese importe. Tardaron 7 días en devolverlo. Un engaño no comprar nada . Espero poder ayudar con mi experiencia.

Estuve a punto de picar. Gracias a las personas que se han tomado un tiempo en denunciar. Hay que desconfiar de lo muy barato. De la poca información en la página de algunas empresas al ofrecer productos. Gracias a quien ayuda denunciando, entre todo@s, podemos evitar a esta calaña.

Je pense que c’est une arnaque. Une faute à chaque mot dans le mail de confirmation. J’ai ensuite été débitée de frais hors UE (nordicii hong kong). J’ai fait opposition à ma carte de crédit suite à ça.
Aucune nouvelle de mon colis. Je ne m’attends pas à le recevoir.

Absolutely shocking - do not purchase anything from this website. No prior warning is given about shipping times which are unknown and long due to coming from Asia to the UK. The support email team are evasive; they avoid direct answers to anything and refuse to speak on the phone. The cancellation/returns policy is a complete unknown re cost and requests a 25% of the product cost plus shipping, but no one will actually tell you what this cost will amount to or where specifically it is coming from/being returned to. I recommend staying as far away from this site as possible.

This is a scam website I payed for a shaver realised the same shaver they say is there own brand is just standard shaver from china which you can get on Amazon for for less than half the price

I realised this within an hour they refused to refund insisted on me trying the Shaver in the end it was to much hassle as it was international so consumer act is slightly different and they wanted 15 percent of the money to cancel still waiting for the item to arrive two weeks later.

Mucho cuidado es una ESTAFA, tienen un gancho con una página donde hablan de calidad precio es esta bestechtest a mí me engañaron a través de Roadxon ahora es arlira-es.com y mañana es perico de los palotes ahora es Monovon. Por favor cuidado ⚠️ seguramente cuando vean varias de estas opiniones la quitarán...

Yo no hice estas investigaciones y piqué.
