Until it became too toxic. Got a lot of bad reviews. Changed its name to Monovon after people copped on to it.Stay well away, scam artist of the highest order.
No matter what you order,you will receive a cheap Chinese copy.Big penalties if you try to return the item,and will not give you a return address.

What a marmite organisation.The binoculars I ordered arrived in just over a week and are excellent. From reading other reviews regarding binoculars it would appear all agree with me. Other products, well ....

UPDATE the gimbal arrived from china within 6 days of ordering. Yes, this is very expensive for a cheap (entry level) gimbal. Do your research 🧐

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Bought a breast pump from them, item does not work and they just fob you off with excuses, saying it will cost me to return item even though item it faulty and doesn’t work.
They trade under the name MONOVON UK , yet they are in China!
I’m having no luck with getting a refund as it stands, they have £149 of my money and I have a product that needs to go in the bin!
Absolutely disgusting how they can get away with doing this to customers!!

ESTAFA. No compréis absolutamente nada en Monovon. Confirmo los comentarios de otros usuarios en esta página. Te venden un producto de mala calidad, fabricado en china con materiales pésimos y a un precio desorbitado. En mi caso compré un sacaleches que comentaban que era el mejor del mercado y la calidad es pésima, los materiales son malísimos. Después encontré el producto con calidades similares 4 veces más económico del precio que pagué en Monovon. A la hora de querer hacer la devolución del producto, todo son pegas. Llevo más de 10 e-mails para devolverlo y no me dan ninguna solución. Son unos estafadores!

Es una estafa no compras. Compré una cámara por 149€ cuando en AliExpress está a 62€. Solicito devolución, siguiendo su política de su web y me contestan:

Si insiste en devolver el producto para obtener un reembolso, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:
1. Si el pedido se cancela debido a problemas de calidad, se deducirá una tarifa del 15% y no proporcionaremos etiquetas de devolución;
2. Nuestra dirección de devolución es diferente a la dirección del paquete, solo aceptamos la dirección de devolución que proporcionamos. Si envía el paquete a otras direcciones, no podremos recibirlo y todas las pérdidas correrán a cargo del comprador. Por favor, no devuelva productos sin permiso.
3. Debe enviar el producto de regreso a China y debe pagar la tarifa de envío de devolución, la tarifa de despacho de aduana y los impuestos del país de importación;
4. Se recomienda completar el valor más bajo declarado por la aduana para evitar impuestos y tasas elevadas. Los gastos de despacho de aduanas y los impuestos correrán a cargo del cliente y los descontaremos al realizar el reembolso;
5. No seremos responsables si el paquete se pierde durante el transporte o es devuelto por otros motivos (como detención en aduanas);
La devolución de productos es realmente problemática y desventajosa para ambas partes. ¿Podemos ofrecerle una compensación del 5 % de su pedido? Espero que puedas conservar el artículo y no solicitar la devolución. Espero tu respuesta.

Was v anxious as feared scam after finding binoculars were being shipped from China (not the UK) and seeing warning about the website integrity. But a good quality pair of binoculars arrived at my QLD Australia home just 3 wks after I paid. Very pleased. Pity I panicked after reading negative reviews and cancelled my UK bank card.

I was looking to buy a new electric razor. Stumbled across a review, best of 4/5 razors. Monovon came out on top, very impressive. I ordered & paid, never received a confirmation. During the evening it occurred to me I didn’t read any reviews. When I did it didn’t fill me with confidence. Just had to wait with everything crossed.
Didn’t have long to wait, it arrived today, only took 9 days. Charged the battery, less than an hour. Absolutely brilliant shave, so smooth. I’m very impressed with the product & the service, it’s certainly not, from my experience a scam company.
Anything goes wrong I’ll edit my review. Watch this space.

La publicidad que publican es totalmente falsa, comparan sus productos con otros de marcar reconocidas indicando según el experto no sé quién que el suyo es mejor con diferencia. Los productos que venden son de fabricación china barata vendidos a precios caros. Puedes encontrar algo similar a menos de la mitad del precio supuestamente ofertado en otras páginas reconocidas y de más garantía. Una vez clicada la compra no te deja poner o hacer ninguna modificación lo ponen inmediatamente como enviado y así se protegen y aseguran la venta. Las normas de devolución son caras para el comprador. En cuanto a la logística del transporte, conmigo ha funcionado muy bien, en una semana tras el pago loa tenía en casa. No compraré más por lo dicho creo que hay alternativas más baratas, mejores y de más variedad y confianza

I bought an action camera advertised as better than a GoPro, but it was a complete scam. It was dropshipped from JD Dropshipping for 50 euros, but I was charged 150 euros. The worst part? The camera is terrible. They claimed it records in 5K at 30fps, but the video quality is awful and nowhere near 5K. It’s a cheap, low-performance device built on lies and false marketing. Avoid at all costs!
The great part is that their services at least replies and helps to solve the problems

Cannot give 0 Stars, but thats what these deserve. I ordered the beard trimmer priced on offer at £79.00 The delivery date was later than I expected as it was for a birthday so I cancelled the order. I was told there would be a fee but I was happy with that. The refund was to be in my account in 7 working days. I then had an email. It was on its way ???.
I emailed several times and was ignored. In the meantime, the trimmer, I discovered, was on sale on Amazon and others for £29.95 I did not receive a refund and now have a trimmer and have been well and truly conned. Over charged by almost £50 !!!

La empresa Monovon es una Estafa.
Yo compré una máquina de afeitar, en su página aparecía una comparativa de 5 afeitadoras del mercado y la mejor opción calidad precio era la que ofrecía Monovon,daba una calificación de 9,1 sobre 10. Analizaba apurado, batería, ergonometria y otros parámetros. Tardo como 10 días en llegarme y llegó sin un repuesto de cuchillas que también había pagado. Está máquina de afeitar tenía un valor 3 veces inferior en otras páginas , si pague 89€ su valor real no llegaba a los 30€.

Simply awful!. Item took 5 weeks to arrive and just fobbed off by email in broken English every single time blaming it on customs.

Can't return anything without a 15% *re stocking fee* and Customer pays all postage and customs charges

Company dropped shipped a piece of **** from China. Apparently I have to return it to China for a refund.
