Incompetent, no email authentication, no data protection
Two months ago somebody registered for Monobank account mistakenly using my email address. Monobank's customer service agent was hopeless, and even claimed that another person has an identical Gmail address! I have been in contact with the bank at least 10 times, and they still failed to remove my email address from their database. I still receive all the emails intended for their client. What kind of bank doesn't have an email authentication procedure and doesn't care about data protection?
