Top customer service!
Top customer service in the Brighton and Hove store!
We came in today and were looked after by a very lovely shop assistant, Poppy.
Poppy was kind and very understanding to my son’s feelings and questions! She seemed to have an understanding and kindness/ patience for any sensory needs my son was feeling and was generally very patient. Her calm and gentle manner certainly made the experience much more positive and happy than it could have been! Thanks Poppy!

Amberly was wonderful!!
We went in the swindon store today, looking for uniform for my daughter. I lovely lady, Amberly approached us and asked if we needed any help. She was fantastic. I am less able and she honestly couldn't have done anymore to help me and my daughter find the right bits. She remembered my daughters name and used it when speaking to me and my daughter, which I found very personable. A complete star and we left feeling very happy!!! Thanks again for all your help Amberly
