I think this is a great product - better than iTac or Dry Hands. There’s options for both people who are too wet and too dry, and levels of stickiness. I usually use dry hands because I’m too wet - but occasionally I am too dry/cold and so far the Gluey level has been helping in those situations. I feel excited to try my hard tricks now with Gluey. Sticky seems like a good substitute for Dry Hands. I did not try the base formula add ons.

Communication and care for their customers is very lacking to non existent.

Not sure why I have to visit the website TrustPilot just to leave a review, whereas most websites options give you the option to leave a review, MonkeyHands likes to SHOW their reviews but not let you leave one.
I have used the Dry Hands (black), Classic (blue) and Gluey (green) products. The Dry Hands is marketed as being layerable with other grips, so I use it as a base. It seems to help keep my hands dry, though I'm not sure if I am OVER drying my hands. I don't find it enough to have a good grip on certain finishes of pole, so I have tried layering on top either the green or blue grip aid. The green is EXTREMELY sticky and often is too much grip depending on what we are doing in class. I would use this grip when either doing static holds when you need to really stick in place for safety OR when doing exclusively spin pole. Even a tiny amount of the green grip will stick my hands to the pole where it is impossible to do any kind of spin move. The product is okay, but a little goes a long way and you have to be sure your training session won't have you switching between spins (where too much grip is detrimental) and holds or between static mode and spin mode. The blue grip, on the other hand, has never ONCE worked for me. Whether I put it on top of the dry hands or directly to bare skin, the product does not create a tacky sensation on my hands. It simply clumps up and makes my hands dirty, which then requires me to leave class to wash my hands and reapply dry hands and hope for the best. I do not know how anyone can successfully use this product.

This sticky grip in the red bottle is nice and grippy, but not overly sticky and it doesn’t leave a residue on my poles!! Love it 😍

I love purchasing the grip but this shipment was odd. I usually get my shipments on time or earlier, but this time it took about a month to get. When I wrote the second time, there was no response, but shipment was sent immediately. I will still purchase the grip, of course.
