Neatly packaged product with simple and straightforward buying process :)

The shipping was very slow and expensive. 15€ and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. The whole posting package as well as the product packaging was crumpeled up when i got my order.

My original shipment was delivered to the wrong address and they sent me another right away, which was nice. Amazing customer service!

i used the product few times and its great for both hands and body, its perfect for pole dancing and works better than any other thing ive tried so far

Monkey grip is really good. I suffer from sweaty hands and it really helps to grip the pole.

It’s been two months and I still haven’t received the product. It’s just sitting somewhere and I can’t even track it. I’ll never waste my money again

This product, I got the green bottle, stickiness level 3, for doing aerial pole arts. It is amazing! I am able to stay on the pole the entire set, it doesnt just slick off, and I dont have to worry about losing grip and getting hurt. After use and getting off stage, by the time I go back up, I just re apply a tiny amount and im good to go all over again. It doesnt take much. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

1: worst customer service ive ever experienced. Never in my life has a CSR called me rude, especially when I wasnt being rude.

2. Media literacy is a real thing. If your CSR had it, she would have understood EMPHASIS in text over rudeness.

I have been trying to order directly from companies rather than jackasses like Jeff Freaking Bezos via Amazon. I began my email with the fact that I understand MH cannot control the delivery company and that all I desired was a refund instead because my order stated it was out for delivery for a week. Not DELAYED, out for delivery. When it didnt arrive after four days, I contacted MH and that is when I was called rude.

I also do not appreciate the solution that was reached. I initially requested a refund and I was asked to give them a day. They didnt ask for time to investigate, A DAY. And like any normal person I waited a day befoee politely emailing ONE SENTENCE asking for an update.

I wont be ordering directly from MH again, this is my FIRST experience with MH and using MH. What an incredible disappointment.

Companies need to start remembering that you would not exist without your customers. Even if they are being rude, even if they are being accommodating, or qhthwr they are just shopping and moving on. YOU WOULD NOT EXIST WITHOUT YOUR PATRONS.

I have tried multiple kinds of monkey hands and I love them all. Previously I have ordered them from Amazon but recently they didn’t have it available for purchase through the platform.

I ordered directly from the monkey hands website and after 30 days my product still has not shipped. After a few weeks, I followed up asking when it would be shipped and was told it would be shipped shortly. A week later and it still hasn’t.

The product is now available on Amazon, however, it’s past the 30 days return window and returns are not free so I would not be able to return my order if I ever receive it.

8/27: Update in response to their response: my goal here was to share my honest experience for other to consider. The info shared in your response was not shared with me privately. All I know is I reached out after 3 weeks and as soon as I reached out my order went from “preparing” to “shipped” I was told the order was returned, although I never received a shipping notification, tracking info or told why there was an incorrect address that caused the return. It’s very disappointing that you rather argue than reach out to me privately with an honest update. Mistakes happen but it’s frustrating as a customer to be kept in the dark, especially when you consider the product to be essential to your training.

I finally ordered the same product from your Amazon storefront and it’s set to be delivered tomorrow. My hope is that this order will eventually arrive but in the meantime, I won’t be without any longer. You may update your response for a third time but I will not continue to go back and forth on this platform.

I had a problem with my delivery because I didn't enter correctly my adress and my order was returned. However, they sent it again with no additional costs after correcting my adress.

On the other hand, I really struggle with my sweaty hands during gym/aerial silks sessions and monkey hands really help me with my grip.

Product description didn’t show which was better for pole dancing so i had no idea until I bought the wrong one and then a targeted ad showed me that the green one was for pole dancing
Plus no free exchanges or returns what happened to free returns? Now i gotta keep
A product i can barely use
