Then i had to search for customer care number,where i was told my application was canceled 😞 and he doesn't know who canceled it.haaaibo how is that even be possible???
You take someone's details and decide to cancel the application and dont inform that person.

Sales consultant lied, saying that they would send a quote via email and that I will have the opportunity to accept or reject the quote, but proceeded to activate the policy without my permission.

Then I follow up twice after the stipulated time the first time they tell me the cancelation is in progress and the second follow up they tell me they can't cancel.

Misleading unsolicited “upgrade” and poor resolution from Mondo
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Mondo.
In December, Mondo contacted me with an unsolicited contract “upgrade” and their agent misrepresented key facts. I was led to believe she was acting on behalf of Vodacom, and I was told the upgraded contract included voice minutes and more data than I was currently receiving for a similar monthly fee. Both claims were false.
When I challenged this, Mondo confirmed the misinformation and assured me the upgrade would be fully reversed with no extra charges. Despite this, I have now been told that discounts on my plan no longer apply. In other words, I am expected to carry the financial consequences of Mondo’s misleading sales conduct.
This is unacceptable. A proper reversal should restore the original contract completely, not selectively.
Consumers should not be misled into agreements and then penalised when trying to correct the situation.

I was told I would be migrating, my but instead my premiums have increased, I was charged pro- rata which I was not advised off. My number has since been blocked I cannot call the call centre. Mondo cannot give answers with regards to the call recording that I have requested

Don't accept a call from them. These are scamners. I was contacted by a sales person saying I have been rewarded with more benefits on my current contract, I specifically asked how much it would cost me I was told just R20 more. Behold I now owe 800 more.

I got notifications from my bank of money going off my account. They done a debi-check and authorized it. Im very disappointed in the poor service that i have gotten from mondo and they haven't been returning my calls i got an iPhone 13 from mondo and it stopped charing was advised to take it to Mtn and a warranty assignment was done and approved then they refused to give me a new phone like i was instructed by mtn they forced me to cancel my contract but now they don't want to log my cancelation where as they forced me and said that thats the only way and that i just have to stay without a phone tbey expect me to pay for a phone that i dont have and they did a debi check and it was approved but they didn't take the debit order like they said they would. This is the worst site to get a phone tbey are very rude and unprofessional they make promises that they can't keep and when you are unhappy tbey make sure to avoid you inevery way possible. Can someone help me get this contract canceled so i can get a phone i can't work because i need a phone.

Constant calls stating he was from Moneris. Indeed was ploy to be transferred the management. When transferred to management he would then start where he was actually from. When stating not interested the calls continued as well as emails.
This is not a way to get clients. ANDREW is very rude and was ignorant to our staff.
Paying extra for nothing
I got my phone 3 days ago with Mondo under MTN. I got a sms stating I’ve got to pay R675 every month and I’m only supposed to pay R609 every month for the iPhone 13.
Another problem is that on my contract that was sent to me states that my phone is insured because it’s ticked on the boxes on the contract but now when I called to make sure I’m correct , I was told I need to pay extra for insurance. I want help ASAP because I’m having doubts with keeping this contract.
