ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND A RIPOFF WEBSITE!

I ordered tshirts and shorts from Mokaloha.

The tshirts have a caustic, chemical smell that cannot be removed. I'm not sure if it's the dye they use or the process used to give them the worn/distressed look. I've soaked them for 48 hours in a half bottle if Gain scent booster, I've hung them outside for two weeks, I've tried baking soda in the. washer water and NOTHING removes
the nauseating stench.

I ordered two pair of shorts. On their website the show models wearing the shorts which stop a few inches ABOVE the knee. The shorts I received went down half way between my knees and ankles!

I requested information on how to return just the shorts. Their reply was an offer to refund 20% of the purchase price! Their website states refunds will be given up to 30 after delivery date. My request to return was well within the 30 day windows. I will be contacting my CC issuer to investigate Mokaloha for CREDIT CARD FRAUD.

You have been warned.

I wish there were more shipping options. Like faster.

The shirts are the best. Colors that don’t stretch after dozens of washes. Fit well and great colors. I am a fan!

I ordered three polo shirts and two were what I ordered, but the lavender shirt was a polyester shirt I didn’t order. I wanted the cotton polo shirt.

Originally the order didn’t fit. They were kind enough to correct the order for only a shipping cost.

Ease in ordering, product choice, price. Communication on status and shipping information could improve.

Nice selection of colors. They need to work out using a coupon code instead of the mandatory discount for additional items, since it is currently not possible to use the discount you wish.

Product does not remotely resemble the advertisement. Material looks like it is used as a "Star Trek" outfit for Captain Kirk. Horrible quality. They have offered a 20% refund-This is their refund policy according to customer service rep "Kyle" from Wuhan. ... Mokaloha is definitely a front for a Chinese company. Do not-Repeat do not order from these scumbags

Never received order, not even a confirmation of shipment that you emailed me you would do. Order to late now to get here on time. Please cancel order as I have already requested twice today. Please do the right thing and cancel as requested!
