Horrible experience at the 181 Brockton Circle , Myrtle Beach location. Placed an order thru a delivery service. Ordered quesadilla and the Homewrecker bowl. Been to this location numerous times and had a great e experience however this time was a nightmare. Made sure to note no beans as I am highly allergic. Didn't realize that the steak Homewrecker had Guacamole on it. There was no option to not have Guacamole in the bowl. When I got my food and started to eat the bowl I noticed a funny taste. I called the store and was informed that Guacamole was in the bowl. Again I am highly allergic to that. Luckily I only had a few bites and took Benedryl right away. This happened on 2/2 and I have left numerous messages for the manager Kevin to call me to discuss this. His response was so but there is nothing he can or will do. He keeps dodging my calls and ignoring me. His assistant manager can only tell me someone named Gary is the actual owner of the franchise but has no contact information for him. Everything has to go through Kevin who is an uncaring wuss of a manager. Please do not go to this location. Horrible customer service. If I acted the way this manager did I would be fired. He needs to go back for more customer service training and learn that without customers he would be out of a job!!!!

Went into moes Warner robins ga and the place was disgusting. It was 3pm and one lady was just standing there and the other was sitting in the dinning room eating jimmy Jon’s. The salsa bar was so gross there were knats gathering….had a guy working on the soda machines and his hand truck was in the way of the bar and wouldn’t move… the smell of the bar was so nasty I almost threw up….I never write a review but that was crazy.

Order was completely mixed up. We ordered four meals and received one half bag of chips. One person ordered jalapenos and all four orders had them. Very unfriendly/unprofessional service when items were not available. I wish I had read some reviews before I ordered.
Customer service is complete garbage
Customer service is complete garbage. They do not care about their customers and completely ignore issues with their app and coupons they provide via email. Even after providing proof they basically tell you too bad.
Spanish Fort location
Spanish Fort location: there was a guy trying to clean the serving area while they were filling bowls. He would wipe spilled food back into the containers with a dirty wet rag...barf. They were very low on some items so portions were small...maybe a blessing. Not going back.

There was a very rude manager named Abel. He improperly rang out orders in & blamed us for the inconvenience, also spoke to us very very rude. He shouldn’t be able to speak to customers how he does.

So I go to the Moes in Wallingford. First off the Employee either wasn't listening or didn't care. I asked for Nachos. I'm sorry We are out of Nachos so I ordered 2 soft tacos I said no rice She puts rice I said chicken She puts beef. I asked for Sour Cream You guessed it They were out of Sour Cream. I think this is the first and last time I will be going there.

I try to be healthy but when ordering if I want water to drink the store insists I drink from a child’s cup. I ask for a regular size cup for water and the clerk rings up a $2.29 drink. THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT MOES!
Left a Bad Taste Without Eating a Bite
If you're hungry for harassment with a side of abuse, Moe's serves it up. The young man who waited on me was going to argue with me over a few pieces of meat. I repeatedly said I'm not going to fight with you. But he would not stop his mouth. He could not wait to show me that he'd rather throw out all the food than serve it to us. The Manager who I'm sure recognized us, because we're regulars, did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. You know what they say about one bad apple and this one was rotten!

The whole staff was trash nothing but ghetto girls literally fighting behind the counter screaming. Messed up my order because they were too busy screaming at eachother. Every time I come here they will charge me for a drink but the machine is always empty or out of order. Horrible place but my fault for continuing to spend my money there. Also not sure why they are making people wear a mask in a state with no mask mandate. You would think they would be more worried about the employees trying to kill eachother

Delivered wrong order; refused refund and hung up
Moe's essentially stole my money. They delivered the wrong order, and then refused to provide me with a refund for the portion of the order that was wrong.
I ordered a burrito, which was made correctly, and a quesadilla, which was missing the rice, beans, and corn. I called the store to request a refund or redelivery for the quesadilla, and they told me to call DoorDash.
I called DoorDash and spent 31 minutes and 57 seconds on the phone, on hold and speaking to multiple managers. DoorDash told me that they were "unable to provide compensation" for the order because of a credit card issue. I asked them for more details and they refused to provide any.
I then called Moe's (of State College) back and told them what had happened. The agent said that she was too busy to talk and hung up. They did not call back even though they said they would.
I ended up filing a chargeback with the credit card company, and will never visit any Moe's again.
I had ordered from Moe's with my account over 100 times. What's funny is that they tried to give me a "free burritos for a year" promotion, which I will now never use, because who cares if the burritos are free if they're not what you ordered?
