Got a mattress and it's way better than any leading high street stores! It's brilliant quality, price is also reasonable comparatively and customer service friendly, great communication and quick delivery too. OMG I was worried about the quality of…
OMG I was worried about the quality of the bedroom set because of the low price but boy I was wrong they are of very high quality, very comfortable and they look a lot more expensive. After going around all the well known stores I believe I have got a cracking deal as my new bedroom set look as good if not better than those stores for more than half their prices. Delivery was great, the guys were friendly and professional, delighted many thanks!

I BOUGHT AN OTTAMAN SMALL DOUBLE BED…
I BOUGHT AN OTTAMAN SMALL DOUBLE BED FRAME THROUGH AMAZON FROM THIS COMPANY IN MAY THIS YEAR. TWO MONTHS LATER THE SLATS BEGAN BREAKING AND I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENTS. I WAS ASKED TO SEND PHOTOS WHICH I DID AND WAS TOLD ID ASSEBLED THEM UPSIDE DOWN. THE BED WAS ASSEMBLED AS PER INSTRUCTION WHERE THERE WAS NO MENTION OF WHICH WAY UP THEY SHOULD GO DO THIS WAS A BRUSH OFF. I INVOLVED AMAZON WHO URGED THEM TO SETTLE THE DISPUTE BUT THEY CHOSE TO IGNORE THE REQUEST. THE BED IS NOW AT THE TIP AS WE COULD NOT GET ANY SLATS TO REPLACE THEM SO I HAVE COMPLETLY WASTED £159.99 ON THIS POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND WITH A COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH LIKE I DID. ..SHOP ELSEWHERE ..

Product was assembled wrong way, bed Slats was suppose to be which we explained sending pictures over the phone, also agreed to send replacement parts if required, with all the services and assistance provided proof buyer was not ready to accept their mistakes insisting the fault on product. we were available for video call from our technical team, which was ignored, we did every best we can and later Amazon( it was regarding Amazon purchase) dealt with it.
