Romy.. and his team were the best I have ever worked with. Being self-employed high net worth but not every tax return filed with every single company.. It was nice to work with a team that was smart looked at my assets had mix income and credit history and say of course we can do this deal. The rate was not that much higher than the conventional lender I was working with but the conventional lender I was working with came up with item after item and I could see it was never going to happen. Romy came in and within a short period managed to get the financing done and we closed early.

Cannot say anything more about what a great experience it was ! I will be referring him to clients and self-employed in the future.
